27 – An-Naml
| (1) ጠ.ሰ (ጣ ሲን) ይህቺ ከቁርኣኑና ከገላጩ መጽሐፍ አንቀጾች ናት፡፡ | (1) Tā Sīn. These are the verses of the Qur’an and a clear book; |
| (2) ለምእምናን መሪና ብስራት ናት፡፡ | (2) a guidance and glad tidings for the believers, |
| (3) ለእነዚያ ሶላትን ለሚሰግዱት ዘካንም ለሚሰጡት እነሱም በመጨረሻይቱ ሕይወት እነሱ የሚያረጋግጡ ለኾኑት፡፡ | (3) those who establish prayer and give zakah, and who firmly believe in the Hereafter. |
| (4) እነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም የማያምኑት ለእነሱ (ክፉ) ሥራዎቻቸውን ሸለምንላቸው፡፡ ስለዚህ እነርሱ ይዋልላሉ፡፡ | (4) As for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds appealing to them, so they wander blindly. |
| (5) እነርሱ እነዚያ ክፉ ቅጣት ለእነርሱ ያላቸው ናቸው፡፡ እነርሱም በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም እነርሱ በጣም ከሳሪዎቹ ናቸው፡፡ | (5) Such are those who will have a terrible punishment, and it is they who will be the greatest losers in the Hereafter. |
| (6) አንተም ቁርኣንን ጥበበኛና ዐዋቂ ከኾነው (ጌታህ) ዘንድ በእርግጥ ትስሰጣለህ፡፡ | (6) Indeed, you are receiving the Qur’an from the All-Wise, All-Knowing. |
| (7) ሙሳ ለቤተሰቦቹ «እኔ እሳትን አየሁ፡፡ ከእርሷ ወሬን አመጣላችኋለሁ፡፡ ወይም ትሞቁ ዘንድ የተለኮሰ ችቦን አመጣላችኋለሁ» ባለ ጊዜ (የኾነውን አውሳላቸው)፡፡ | (7) [Remember] when Moses said to his family, “I have spotted a fire. I will bring you some news from there, or bring you a burning brand so that you may warm yourselves.” |
| (8) በመጣትም ጊዜ እንዲህ በማለት ተጠራ፤ «በእሳቲቱ ያለው ሰውና በዙሪያዋ ያሉም ሁሉ ተባረኩ፡፡ የዐለማትም ጌታ አላህ ጥራት ይገባው፡፡» | (8) When he came to it, he was called, “Blessed is He Who is at the fire and those who are around it. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. |
| (9) «ሙሳ ሆይ! እነሆ እኔ አሸናፊው ጥበበኛው አላህ ነኝ፡፡ | (9) O Moses, verily this is Me – Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. |
| (10) «በትርህንም ጣል» (ተባለ ጣለም)፡፡ እርሷ እንደ ትንሽ እባብ በፍጥነት ስትስለከለክ ባያትም ጊዜ፤ ወደ ኋላ ዞሮ ሸሸ፡፡ አልተመለሰምም፡፡ «ሙሳ ሆይ! አትፈራ፤ እኔ መልክተኞቹ እኔ ዘንድ አይፈሩምና፡፡ | (10) Throw down your staff!” But when he saw it slithering as if it were a snake, he turned and ran away without looking back. “O Moses, do not be afraid! Indeed, the messengers should have no fear in My presence, |
| (11) «ግን የበደለ ሰው ከዚያም ከመጥፎ ሥራው በኋላ መልካምን የለወጠ እኔ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነኝ፡፡ | (11) except he who does wrong, then substitutes good for evil, then I am indeed All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. |
| (12) «እጅህንም በአንገትጌህ ውስጥ አግባ፡፡ ያለነውር (ያለ ለምጽ) ነጭ ኾና ትወጣለችና፡፡ በዘጠኝ ተዓምራት ወደ ፈርዖንና ወደ ሕዝቦቹ (ኺድ)፡፡ እነርሱ አመጸኞች ሕዝቦች ናቸውና፡፡ | (12) Put your hand into your garment, it will come out shining white without blemish, as one of nine signs to Pharaoh and his people, for they are indeed a rebellious people.” |
| (13) ተዓምራታችንም ግልጽ ኾና በመጣቻቸው ጊዜ «ይህ ግልጽ ድግምት ነው» አሉ፡፡ | (13) But when Our visible signs came to them, they said, “This is clear magic.” |
| (14) ነፍሶቻቸውም ያረጋገጧት ሲኾኑ ለበደልና ለኩራት በእርሷ ካዱ፡፡ የአመጸኞችም ፍጻሜ እንዴት እንደ ነበረ ተመልከት፡፡ | (14) They denied them wrongfully and arrogantly, although their hearts were convinced that they were true. See then how was the end of those who spread corruption! |
| (15) ለዳውድና ለሱለይማንም ዕውቀትን በእርግጥ ሰጠናቸው፡፡ አሉም፡- «ምስጋና ለአላህ ለእዚያ ከምእምናን ባሮቹ በብዙዎቹ ላይ ላበለጠን ይገባው፡፡» | (15) We gave David and Solomon knowledge, and they said, “All praise be to Allah, Who has favored us over many of His believing slaves.” |
| (16) ሱለይማንም ዳውድን ወረሰ፡፡ አለም «ሰዎች ሆይ! የበራሪን ንግግር (የወፍን ቋንቋ) ተስተማርን፡፡ ከነገሩም ሁሉ ተሰጠን፡፡ ይህ እርሱ በእርግጥ ግልጽ የኾነ ችሮታ ነው፡፡» | (16) Solomon succeeded David, and said, “O people, we have been taught the speech of birds, and we have been given from all things. This is indeed a clear favor.” |
| (17) ለሱለይማንም ሰራዊቶቹ ከጋኔን፣ ከሰውም፣ ከበራሪም የኾኑት ተሰበሰቡ፡፡ እነሱም ይከመከማሉ፡፡ | (17) Solomon’s armies of jinn, men and birds were assembled before him, marching in organized ranks, |
| (18) በጉንዳንም ሸለቆ በመጡ ጊዜ አንዲት ጉንዳን «እናንተ ጉንዳኖች ሆይ! ወደ መኖሪያዎቻችሁ | (18) until when they reached a valley of the ants, an ant said, “O ants, get into your dwellings, so Solomon and his armies do not crush you unknowingly.” |
| (19) ከንግግርዋም እየሳቀ ጥርሱን ፈገግ አደረገ፡፡ «ጌታዬ ሆይ! ያቺን በእኔና በወላጆቼ ላይ የለገስካትን ጸጋህን እንዳመሰግን የምትወደውንም በጎ ሥራ እንድሠራ ምራኝ፡፡ በችሮታህም በመልካሞቹ ባሮችህ ውስጥ አግባኝ» አለ፡፡ | (19) So he smiled in amusement at its words and said, “My Lord, inspire me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and my parents, and to do righteous deeds that please you. And admit me, by Your mercy, among Your righteous slaves.” |
| (20) በራሪዎቹንም ተመለከተ፤ አለም «ሁድሁድን ለምን አላየውም! በእውነቱ ከራቁት ነበርን፡፡ | (20) Once he checked the birds, and said, “Why is it that I do not see the hoopoe – or is he among the absent? |
| (21) «ብርቱን ቅጣት በእርግጥ እቀጣዋለሁ፡፡ ወይም በእርግጥ ዐርደዋለሁ፤ ወይም ግልጽ በኾነ አስረጅ ይመጣኛል» (አለ) | (21) I will surely punish him severely, or slaughter him, unless he brings me a valid reason.” |
| (22) (ወፉ) ዕሩቅ ያልኾነንም ጊዜ ቆዬ፡፡ አለም «ያላወቅከውን ነገር አወቅኩ፡፡ ከሰበእም እርግጠኛን ወሬ አመጣሁልህ፡፡ | (22) It was not long before the hoopoe came and said, “I have learned something that you do not know; I come to you from Sheba with sure news. |
| (23) «እኔ የምትገዛቸው የኾኑችን ሴት ከነገሩም ሁሉ የተሰጠችኝ አገኘሁ፡፡ ለእርሷም ታላቅ ዙፋን አልላት፡፡ | (23) I found a woman ruling over them, who has been given of all things, and she has a great throne. |
| (24) «እርስዋንም ሕዝቦችዋንም ከአላህ ሌላ ለፀሐይ ሲሰግዱ አገኘኋቸው፡፡ ሰይጣንም ለእነሱ ሥራዎቻቸውን ሸልሞላቸዋል፡፡ ከእውነተኛውም መንገድ አግዷቸዋል፡፡ ስለዚህ እነሱ (ወደ እውነት) አይምመሩም፡፡» | (24) I found her and her people prostrating before the sun instead of Allah. Satan has made their deeds appealing to them and turned them away from the right way, so they are not guided. |
| (25) ለዚያ በሰማያትና በምድር የተደበቀውን ለሚያወጣው፣ የምትሸሽጉትንና የምትገ ልጹትንም ሁሉ ለሚያውቀው አላህ እንዳይሰግዱ (ሰይጣን አግዷቸዋል)፡፡ | (25) so that they do not prostrate before Allah Who brings forth what is hidden in the heavens and earth, and Who knows all that you conceal and all that you reveal. |
| (26) አላህ ከርሱ ሌላ አምላክ የለም፡፡ የታላቁ ዐርሽ (ዙፋን) ጌታ ነው፡፡ | (26) Allah; none has the right to be worshiped except Him, the Lord of the Mighty Throne.” |
| (27) (ሱለይማንም) አለ «እውነት እንደ ተናገርክ ወይም ከውሸታሞቹ እንደ ኾንክ ወደፊት እናያለን፡፡ | (27) Solomon said, “We will see whether you have told the truth or you are one of the liars. |
| (28) «ይህንን ደብዳቤዬን ይዘህ ኺድ፡፡ ወደእነርሱም ጣለው፡፡ ከዚያም ከእነሱ ዘወር በል፡፡ ምን አንደሚመልሱም ተመልከት፡፡» | (28) Take this letter of mine and deliver it to them, then withdraw and see how they respond.” |
| (29) (እርሷም በደረሳት ጊዜ) አለች «እናንተ መማክርቶች ሆይ! እኔ ክብር ያለው ጽሑፍ ወደኔ ተጣለ፡፡ | (29) The Queen said, “O chiefs, a noble letter has been delivered to me. |
| (30) «እርሱ ከሱለይማን ነው፡፡ እርሱም በአላህ ስም እጅግ በጣም ሩኅሩኅ በጣም አዛኝ በኾነው፡፡ | (30) It is from Solomon, and it reads, ‘In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. |
| (31) «በእኔ ላይ አትኩሩ፡፡ ታዛዦችም ኾናችሁ ወደኔ ኑ፤ (የሚል ነው)፡፡ | (31) Do not be arrogant towards me, but come to me in full submission.” |
| (32) «እናንተ መማክርቶች ሆይ! በነገሬ (የሚበጀውን) ንገሩኝ፡፡ እስከምትገኙልኝ ድረስ አንድንም ነገር ቆራጭ አይደለሁምና» አለች፡፡ | (32) She said, “O chiefs, advise me in this matter of mine, for I would make no decision without your consent.” |
| (33) «እኛ የኀይል ባለቤቶች የብርቱ ጦርም ባለቤቶች ነን፡፡ ግን ትዕዛዙ ወደ አንቺ ነው፡፡ ምን እንደምታዢም አስተውዪ፤» አሏት፡፡ | (33) They said, “We are powerful and great fighters, but the decision is yours, so consider what you will command.” |
| (34) (እርሷም) አለች «ንጉሦች ከተማን (በኀይል) በገቡባት ጊዜ ያበላሹዋታል፡፡ የተከበሩ ሰዎችዋንም ወራዶች ያደርጋሉ፡፡ እንደዚሁም (እነዚህ) ይሠራሉ፡፡ | (34) She said, “When kings enter a town, they ravage it and humiliate its notables; this is what they really do. |
| (35) «እኔም ወደእነርሱ ገጸ በረከትን የምልክና መልክተኞቹ በምን እንደሚመለሱ የምጠባበቅ ነኝ፡፡» | (35) But I will send them a gift, then see with what response the envoys will return.” |
| (36) (መልክተኛው) ሱለይማንንም በመጣው ጊዜ አለ «በገንዘብ ትረዱኛላችሁን አላህም የሰጠኝ ከሰጣችሁ የበለጠ ነው፡፡ ይልቁንም እናንተ በገጸ በረከታችሁ ትደሰታላችሁ፡፡» | (36) When the envoy came to Solomon, he said, “Do you seek to appease me with wealth? What Allah has given me is far better than what He has given you. Rather, it is you who take pleasure in gifts. |
| (37) «ወደእነሱ ተመለስ፡፡ ለእነርሱም በእርሷ ችሎታ በሌላቸው ሰራዊት እንመጣባቸዋለን፡፡ ከእርሷም እነርሱ የተዋረዱ ኾነው በእርግጥ እናወጣቸዋለን» (አለ)፡፡ | (37) Go back to them; we will surely come to them with forces that they cannot resist, and we will surely drive them out therefrom in disgrace, fully humbled.” |
| (38) «እናንተ መኳንንቶች ሆይ! ሙስሊሞች ኾነው ሳይመጡኝ በፊት ዙፋንዋን የሚያመጣልኝ ማንኛችሁ ነው» አለ፡፡ | (38) He said, “O chiefs, which one of you can bring me her throne before they come to me in submission?” |
| (39) ከጋኔን ኀይለኛው «ከችሎትህ ከመነሳትህ በፊት እኔ እርሱን አመጣልሃለሁ፡፡ እኔም በእርሱ ላይ ብርቱ ታማኝ ነኝ» አለ፡፡ | (39) A powerful jinn said, “I will bring it to you before you rise up from your council, and I am strong enough and trustworthy.” |
| (40) ያ እርሱ ዘንድ ከመጽሐፉ ዕውቀት ያለው ሰው (የተገለጸው) «ዓይንህ ወደ አንተ ከመመለሱ በፊት እኔ እርሱን አመጣልሃለሁ» አለ፤ (እንደዚሁም አደረገ)፡፡ እርሱ ዘንድ ረግቶ ባየውም ጊዜ «ይህ ከጌታዬ ችሮታ ነው፡፡ የማመሰግን ወይም የምክድ መኾኔን ሊሞክረኝ (ቸረልኝ)፡፡ ያመሰገነም ሰው የሚያመሰግነው ለራሱ ነው፡፡ የካደም ሰው ጌታዬ ከእርሱ ተብቃቂ ቸር ነው» አለ፡፡ | (40) But the one who had some knowledge of the scripture said, “I will bring it to you in the blink of your eye.” When he saw it placed before him, he said, “This is a favor of my Lord, to test me whether I will be grateful or ungrateful. Whoever is grateful, it is only for his own good; and whoever is ungrateful, then my Lord is Self-Sufficient, Most Generous.” |
| (41) «ዙፋንዋን ለእርሷ አሳስቱ፡፡ ታውቀው እንደኾነ ወይም ከእነዚያ ከማያወቁት ትኾን እንደሆነ፤ እናያለን፤» አላቸው፡፡ | (41) He said, “Disguise her throne for her, so we may see whether she can discover the truth, or she will be of those who cannot recognize.” |
| (42) በመጣች ጊዜ፡- «ዙፋንሽ እንደዚህ ነውን» ተባለች፡፡ «እርሱ ልክ እርሱ ነው መሰለኝ» አለች፡፡ (ሱለይማን) «ከእርሷ በፊትም ዕውቀትን ተሰጠን ሙስሊሞችም ነበርን፤» (አለ)፡፡ | (42) So when she came, she was asked, “Is your throne like this?” She said, “It looks as if it is the same. We were given knowledge beforehand, and have submitted [to Allah].” |
| (43) ከአላህ ሌላ ትግገዛው የነበረችውንም ከለከላት፡፡ እርሷ ከከሓዲዎች ሕዝቦች ነበረችና፡፡ | (43) But she was hindered [from the faith] because she used to worship other than Allah, for she came from a disbelieving people. |
| (44) ሕንጻውን ግቢ ተባለች፡፡ ባየቺውም ጊዜ ባሕር ነው ብላ ጠረጠረችው፡፡ ከባቶችዋም ገለጠች፡፡ «እርሱ ከመስተዋት የተለሰለሰ ሕንጻ ነው» አላት፡፡ «ጌታዬ ሆይ! እኔ ነፍሴን በደልኩ፡፡ ከሱለይማንም ጋር ሆኜ ለዓለማት ጌታ ለአላህ ታዘዝኩ» አለች፡፡ | (44) It was said to her, “Enter the palace.” But when she saw it, she thought it was a body of water, so she uncovered her calves. He said, “This is a palace paved with crystal.” She said, “My Lord, I have wronged myself, and now I submit along with Solomon to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.” |
| (45) ወደ ሰሙድም ወንድማቸውን ሷሊሕን አላህን ተገዙ በማለት በእርግጥ ላክነው፡፡ ወዲያውም እነሱ የሚነታረኩ ሁለት ጭፍሮች ኾኑ፡፡ | (45) We sent to the people of Thamūd their brother Sālih [saying], “Worship Allah,” then they suddenly split into two quarreling factions. |
| (46) «ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ! ከመልካሙ በፊት በክፉው (ቅጣትን አምጣብን በማለት) ለምን ታስቸኩላላችሀ ይታዘንላችሁ ዘንድ አላህን ምሕረትን አትለምኑምን» አላቸው፡፡ | (46) He said, “O my people, why do you seek to hasten punishment rather than good? If only you sought Allah’s forgiveness, so that you may be shown mercy!” |
| (47) «ባንተና ከአንተም ጋር ባሉት ሰዎች ምክንያት ገደቢሶች ኾን» አሉት፡፡ «ገደቢስነታችሁ አላህ ዘንድ ነው፤ ይልቁንም እናንተ የምትፈተኑ ሕዝቦች ናችሁ» አላቸው፡፡ | (47) They said, “We consider you and those who are with you as a bad omen.” He said, “Your omen is from Allah, but you are a people who are being tested.” |
| (48) በከተማይቱም ውስጥ በምድር ውስጥ የሚያበላሹና የማያሳምሩ ዘጠኝ ሰዎች ነበሩ፡፡ | (48) There were nine men in the city who used to spread corruption in the land without doing anything good. |
| (49) «እርሱንና ቤተሰቦቹን ሌሊት ልንገድል ከዚያም ለዘመዱ የቤተሰቦቹን ጥፋት (መገደላቸውን) አላየንም፤ እኛም እውነተኞች ነን ልንል በአላህ ተማማሉ» አሉ፡፡ | (49) They said, “Let us all swear by Allah that we will kill him and his family by night. Then we will tell his heir, ‘We did not witness the murder of his family, and we are indeed truthful.’” |
| (50) ተንኮልንም መከሩ፡፡ እነርሱም የማያወቁ ሲኾኑ በተንኮላቸው አጠፋናቸው፡፡ | (50) Thus they made a plan and We too made a plan, but they were unaware of it. |
| (51) የተንኮላቸውም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደነበረ እኛ እነርሱንም ሕዝቦቻቸውንም በሙሉ እንዴት እንዳጠፋናቸው ተመልከት፡፡ | (51) See then what was the consequences of their plan: We destroyed them and their entire people. |
| (52) እኚህም በበደላቸው ምክንያት ባዶዎች ሲሆኑ ቤቶቻቸው ናቸው፡፡ በዚህም ውስጥ ለሚያወቁ ሕዝቦች አስደናቂ ተዓምር አለበት፡፡ | (52) Now their houses are utterly ruined because of their wrongdoing. Indeed, there are signs in this for people of knowledge. |
| (53) እነዚያንም ያመኑትንና ከክሕደት ይጠነቀቁ የነበሩትን አዳን፡፡ | (53) And We saved those who believed and feared Allah. |
| (54) ሉጥንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ (አስታውስ)፤ «እናንተ የምታዩ ስትኾኑ ፀያፍን ነገር ትሠራላችሁን | (54) And [remember] Lot, when he said to his people, “Do you commit this shameful act while seeing [one another]? |
| (55) «እናንተ ከሴቶች አልፋችሁ ወንዶችን ለመከጀል ትመጣላችሁን በእውነቱ እናንተ የምትሳሳቱ ሕዝቦች ናቸሁ፡፡» | (55) Do you approach men with lust instead of women? In fact, you are an ignorant people!” |
| (56) የሕዝቦቹም መልስ የሉጥን ቤተሰቦች «ከከተማችሁ አውጡ፡፡ እነርሱ የሚጥራሩ ሰዎች ናቸውና» ማለት እንጅ ሌላ አልነበረም፡፡ | (56) But the only response his people gave was to say, “Drive the family of Lot out of your town, for they are a people who keep themselves pure!” |
| (57) እርሱንና ቤተሰቦቹንም አዳን፡፡ ሚስቱ፤ ብቻ ስትቀር፡፡ (በጥፋቱ ውስጥ) ከቀሪዎቹ አደረግናት፡፡ | (57) So We saved him and his family, except his wife whom We destined to be among those who would remain behind. |
| (58) በእነርሱም ላይ (የድንጋይ) ዝናብን አዘነብንባቸው፡፡ የተስፈራሪዎቹም ዝናብ ከፋ፡፡ | (58) And We rained upon them a rain [of stones]. How terrible was the rain of those who were warned! |
| (59) (ሙሐመድ ሆይ) በል «ምስጋና ለአላህ ይግባው፡፡ በእነዚያም በመረጣቸው ባሮቹ ላይ ሰላም ይውረድ፡፡ አላህ በላጭ ነውን ወይስ ያ የሚያጋሩት (ጣዖት)፡፡ | (59) Say, “All praise is for Allah, and peace be upon His slaves whom He has chosen. Is Allah better, or those partners whom they associate with Him?” |
| (60) ወይም ያ ሰማያትንና ምድርን የፈጠረና ከሰማይም ለእናንተ ውሃን ያወረደው (ይበልጣል ወይስ የሚያጋሩት) በእርሱም ባለውበት የኾኑትን የታጠሩ አትክልቶችን ዛፍዋን ልታበቅሉ ለናንተ ችሎታ ያልነበራችሁን አበቀልን፡፡ ከአላህ ጋር ሌላ አምላክ አለን (የለም)፡፡ ግን እነርሱ (ከእውነት) የሚያዘነብሉ ሕዝቦች ናቸው፡፡ | (60) Is He [not better] Who created the heavens and earth, and sent down for you rain from the sky, by which We caused to grow gardens of cheerful beauty? You could never cause their trees to grow. Is there any god besides Allah? No, but they are people who ascribe equals [to Allah]. |
| (61) ወይም ያ ምድርን መርጊያ ያደረገና በመካከሏም ወንዞችን ያደረገ፣ ለእርሷም ጋራዎችን ያደረገ፣ በሁለቱ ባሕሮችም (በጣፋጩና በጨው ባሕር) መካከል ግርዶን ያደረገ (ይበልጣልን ወይስ የሚያጋሩት) ከአላህ ጋር ሌላ አምላክ አለን ግን አብዛኞቻቸው አያውቁም፡፡ | (61) Is He [not better] Who made the earth a stable place to live, and caused rivers to flow through it, and placed therein firm mountains, and made a barrier between two flowing bodies of water? Is there any god besides Allah? No, but most of them do not know. |
| (62) ወይም ያ ችግረኛን በለመነው ጊዜ የሚቀበል፣ መከራንም የሚያስወግድ፣ በምድርም ላይ ምትኮች የሚያደረጋችሁ፤ (ይበልጣልን ወይስ የሚያጋሩት) ከአላህ ጋር ሌላ አምላክ አለን ጥቂትንም አትገሠጹም፡፡ | (62) Is He [not better] Who responds to the distressed when he calls out to Him, and Who relieves suffering, and Who makes you successors on earth? Is there any god besides Allah? Little is it that you take heed! |
| (63) ወይም ያ በየብስና በባሕር ጨለማዎች ውስጥ የሚመራችሁ ነፋሶችንም ከዝናሙ በፊት አብሳሪ ኾነው የሚልክ (ይበልጣልን ወይስ የሚያጋሩት) ከአላህ ጋር ሌላ አምላክ አለን አላህ (በእርሱ) ከሚያጋሩዋቸው ሁሉ ላቀ፡፡ | (63) Is He [not better] Who guides you in the depths of darkness of the land and sea, and Who sends the winds as harbingers ahead of His mercy? Is there any god besides Allah? Exalted is Allah far above the partners they associate with Him! |
| (64) ወይም ያ መፍጠርን የሚጀምር ከዚያም የሚመልሰው ከሰማይና ከምድርም ሲሳይን የሚሰጣችሁ አምላክ (ይበልጣልን ወይስ የሚያጋሩት) ከአላህ ጋር ሌላ አምላክ አለን «እውነተኞች እንደኾናችሁ፤ አስረጃችሁን አምጡ» በላቸው፡፡ | (64) Is He [not better] Who originates creation then repeats it, and Who gives you provision from the heaven and earth? Is there any god besides Allah? Say, “Produce your evidence if you are truthful.” |
| (65) «በሰማያትና በምድር ያለው ሁሉ ሩቅን ምስጢር አያውቅም፡፡ ግን አላህ (ያውቀዋል)፡፡ መቼ እንደሚቀሰቀሱም አያውቁም» በላቸው፡፡ | (65) Say, “No one in the heavens and earth has knowledge of the unseen except Allah.” Nor do they know when they will be resurrected. |
| (66) በእውነት የመጨረሻይቱን ዓለም (ኹኔታ) ማወቃቸው ተሟላን አይደለም እነርሱ ከእርሷ በመጠራጠር ውስጥ ናቸው፡፡ በእውነትም እነርሱ ከእርሷ ዕውሮች ናቸው፡፡ | (66) In fact, their knowledge cannot comprehend the Hereafter; rather, they are in doubt about it; rather, they are blind to it. |
| (67) እነዚያም የካዱት አሉ «እኛም አባቶቻችንም ዐፈር በኾን ጊዜ እኛ (ከመቃብር) የምንወጣ ነን | (67) Those who disbelieve say, “What! Is it that when we and our forefathers become dust, will we really be brought forth [alive]? |
| (68) «ይህንን እኛም ከፊት የነበሩት አባቶቻችንም በእርግጥ ተቀጥረንበታል፡፡ ይህ የመጀመሪያዎቹ ሰዎች ተረቶች እንጅ ሌላ አይደለም» (አሉ)፡፡ | (68) We and our forefathers have been promised this before; this is nothing but ancient fables!” |
| (69) «በምድር ላይ ኺዱ፡፡ የአመጸኞችም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደ ነበረ ተመልከቱ» በላቸው፡፡ | (69) Say, “Travel in the land and see how was the end of the wicked.” |
| (70) በእነሱም ላይ አትዘን፡፡ ከሚመክሩብህም ነገር በጭንቀት ውስጥ አትኹን፡፡ | (70) Do not grieve over them, nor be distressed by their plots. |
| (71) «እውነተኞችም እንደ ኾናችሁ ይህ ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው» ይላሉ፡፡ | (71) They say, “When will this warning come to pass, if you are truthful?” |
| (72) «የዚያ የምትቻኮሉበት ከፊሉ ለእናንተ የቀረበ መኾኑ ተረጋግጧል» በላቸው፡፡ | (72) Say, “Perhaps some of what you seek to hasten is quite near to you.” |
| (73) ጌታህም በሰዎች ላይ በእርግጥ የችሮታ ባለቤት ነው፡፡ ግን አብዛኛዎቻቸው አያመሰግኑም፡፡ | (73) Indeed, your Lord is graceful to mankind, but most of them are ungrateful. |
| (74) ጌታህም ልቦቻቸው የሚደብቁትንና የሚገልጹትን ያውቃል፡፡ | (74) Your Lord surely knows all that their hearts conceal and all that they reveal. |
| (75) በሰማይና በምድር ውስጥ ምንም የተደበቀ ነገር የለም ገላጭ በኾነው መጽሐፍ ውስጥ ያለ ቢኾን እንጅ፡፡ | (75) For there is nothing hidden in the heavens and earth except that it is [written] in a clear Record. |
| (76) ይህ ቁርኣን በእስራኤል ልጆች ላይ የእነዚያን እነርሱ በእርሱ የሚለያዩበትን አብዛኛውን ይነግራል፡፡ | (76) Indeed, this Qur’an explains to the Children of Israel most of that over which they differ. |
| (77) እርሱም ለምእምናን መምሪያና እዝነት ነው፡፡ | (77) And it is certainly a guidance and mercy for the believers. |
| (78) ጌታህ በመካከላቸው በትክክል ፍርዱ ይፈርዳል፡፡ እርሱም አሸናፊው ዐዋቂው ነው፡፡ | (78) Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His justice, for He is the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. |
| (79) በአላህም ላይ ተጠጋ፡፡ አንተ ግልጽ በኾነው እውነት ላይ ነህና፡፡ | (79) So put your trust in Allah, for you are upon the clear truth. |
| (80) አንተ ሙታንን አታሰማም፡፡ ደንቆሮዎችንም የሚተው ኾነው በዞሩ ጊዜ ጥሪን አታሰማም፡፡ | (80) You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs retreating. |
| (81) አንተም (ልበ) ዕውሮችን ከጥመታቸው አቅኚ አይደለህም፡፡ በአንቀጾቻችን የሚያምኑትን በስተቀር አታሰማም፡፡ እነርሱ ፍጹም ታዛዦች ናቸውና፡፡ | (81) Nor can you guide the blind out of their error, nor can you make anyone hear except those who believe in Our verses, for they are ready to submit to Allah. |
| (82) በእነርሱም ላይ (የቅጣት) ቃሉ በተረጋገጠ ጊዜ ሰዎቹ በአንቀጾቻችን የማያረጋግጡ እንደነበሩ የምትነግራቸውን እንስሳ ለእነርሱ ከምድር እናወጣለን፡፡ | (82) When the decree [of the Hour] comes to pass against them, We will bring forth to them a beast out of the earth that will tell them that the people had no faith in Our verses. |
| (83) ከሕዝቦቹም ሁሉ ባንቀፆቻችን የሚያስተባብሉትን ጭፍሮች የምንሰበስብበትን ቀን (አስታውስ)፡፡ እነሱም ይከመከማሉ፡፡ | (83) And [beware of] the Day when We will gather from every nation a group of those who used to reject Our verses, and they will be driven in ranks. |
| (84) በመጡም ጊዜ (አላህ) ይላቸዋል «በአንቀጾቼ እርሷን በማወቅ ያላዳረሳችሁ ስትሆኑ አስተባበላችሁን ወይስ ምንን ትሠሩ ነበራችሁ» | (84) When they finally come, He will say, “Did you reject My verses without even comprehending them, or what exactly were you doing? |
| (85) በመበደላቸውም በእነርሱ ላይ ቃሉ ይፈጸምባቸዋል፡፡ እነርሱም አይናገሩም፡፡ | (85) The decree [of punishment] will befall them because of their wrongdoing, leaving them speechless. |
| (86) እኛ ሌሊትን በእርሱ ውስጥ እንዲያርፉበት ቀንንም የሚያሳይ እንዳደረግን አያዩምን ለሚያምኑ ሕዝቦች በዚህ ውስጥ ተዓምራቶች አሉበት፡፡ | (86) Do they not see that We made the night for them to rest in, and made the day bright? Indeed, there are signs in this for people who believe. |
| (87) በቀንዱም በሚነፋ ቀን በሰማያት ውስጥ ያሉትና በምድርም ውስጥ ያሉት ሁሉ አላህ የሻው ነገር ብቻ ሲቀር በሚደነግጡ ጊዜ (የሚኾነውን አስታውስ)፡፡ ሁሉም የተናነሱ ኾነውም ወደርሱ ይመጣሉ፡፡ | (87) And [beware of] the Day when the Trumpet will be blown, and all those who are in the heavens and on earth will be horrified except whom Allah wills, and all will come to Him, fully humbled. |
| (88) ጋራዎችንም እርሷ እንደ ደመና አስተላለፍ የምታልፍ ስትኾን የቆመች ናት ብለህ የምታስባት ሆና ታያታለህ፡፡ የዚያን ነገሩን ሁሉ ያጠነከረውን የአላህን ጥበብ (ተመልከት)፡፡ እርሱ በምትሠሩት ሁሉ ውስጥ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡ | (88) You will see the mountains, thinking them firmly fixed, but they will be moving like clouds – such is the design of Allah, Who has perfected everything. Indeed, He is All-Aware of what you do. |
| (89) በመልካም ሥራ የመጣ ሰው ለእርሱ ከእርስዋ የበለጠ ምንዳ አልለው፡፡ እነርሱም በዚያ ቀን ከድንጋጤ ጸጥተኞች ናቸው፡፡ | (89) Whoever comes with a good deed will be rewarded with better than it, and they will be safe from the horror of that Day. |
| (90) በመጥፎም የመጡ ሰዎች ፊቶቻቸው በእሳት ውስጥ ይደፋሉ፡፡ «ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትን እንጅ አትመነዱም» (ይባላሉ)፡፡ | (90) But whoever comes with an evil deed will be thrown on their faces in the Fire. Are you recompensed except for what you used to do? |
| (91) የታዘዝኩት የዚህችን አገር ጌታ ያንን ክልል ያደረጋትን እንድግገዛ ብቻ ነው፡፡ ነገሩንም ሁሉ የእርሱ ነው፡፡ ከሙስሊሞችም እንድኾን ታዝዣለሁ (በላቸው)፡፡ | (91) Say, “I have been commanded only to worship the Lord of this city [of Makkah] Who made it sacred and to Whom belongs all things. And I am commanded to be one of those who submit to Allah [in Islam], |
| (92) ቁርኣንንም እንዳነብ (ታዝዣለሁ)፡፡ የተመራም ሰው የሚመራው ለእራሱ ብቻ ነው፡፡ የተሳሳተም ሰው «እኔ ከአስጠንቃቂዎች ነኝ እንጅ ሌላ አይደለሁም» በለው፡፡ | (92) and to recite the Qur’an.” Then whoever chooses guidance, it is only for his own good; but whoever chooses to go astray, say [O Prophet], “I am only one of the warners.” |
| (93) ምስጋናም ለአላህ ነው፡፡ ተዓምራቶቹን ወደፊት ያሳያችኋል፡፡ «ታውቋትምአላችሁ» በላቸው፡፡ ጌታህም ከምትሠሩት ሁሉ ዘንጊ አይደለም፡፡ | (93) And say, “All praise is for Allah. He will show you His signs, then you will acknowledge them. Your Lord is not unaware of what you do.” |
