32 – As-Sajda
| (1) አ.ለ.መ (አሊፍ ላም ሚም)፡፡ | (1) Alif Lām Mīm. |
| (2) የመጽሐፉ መወረድ ጥርጥር የለበትም፡፡ ከዓለማት ጌታ ነው፡፡ | (2) The revelation of the Book, about which there is no doubt, is from the Lord of the worlds. |
| (3) ይልቁንም «ቀጠፈው» ይላሉን? አይደለም፡፡ እርሱ ከጌታህ ዘንድ የሆነ እውነት ነው፡፡ በእርሱ ከአንተ በፊት ከአስፈራሪ (ነቢይ) ያልመጣባቸውን ሕዝቦች ልታስፈራራበት (ያወረደልህ ነው)፡፡ እነርሱ ሊምመሩ ይከጀላልና፡፡ | (3) Or do they say, “He has fabricated it.”? No, it is the truth from your Lord so that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you, in order that they may be guided. |
| (4) አላህ ያ ሰማያትንና ምድርን በመካከላቸውም ያለውን ሁሉ በስድስት ቀኖች ውስጥ የፈጠረ ከዚያም በዐርሹ ላይ (ለሱ ክብር በሚስማማ መልኩ) የተደላደለ ነው፡፡ ከእርሱ ሌላ ለእናንተ ረዳትም አማላጅም ምንም የላችሁም፤ አትገሰጹምን? | (4) It is Allah Who created the heavens and earth and all that is between them in six Days, then rose over the Throne. You have no protector or intercessor other than Him. Will you not then take heed? |
| (5) ነገሩን ሁሉ ከሰማይ ወደ ምድር ያዘጋጃል፡፡ ከዚያም ከምትቆጥሩት (ዘመን) ልኩ ሺህ ዓመት በሆነ ቀን ውስጥ ወደርሱ ይወጣል (ይመለሳል)፡፡ | (5) He manages every matter from the heaven to the earth, then everything ascends to Him on a Day the length of which is a thousand years by your reckoning. |
| (6) ይህ (ይህንን የሠራው) ሩቁንም ቅርቡንም ሁሉ ዐዋቂው አሸናፊው፣ አዛኙ (ጌታ) ነው፡፡ | (6) Such is the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful, |
| (7) ያ የፈጠረውን ነገር ሁሉ ያሳመረው የሰውንም ፍጥረት ከጭቃ የጀመረው ነው፡፡ | (7) Who perfected everything He created, and initiated the creation of man from clay. |
| (8) ከዚያም ዘሮቹን ከተንጣለለ፣ ከደካማ ውሃ ያደረገ ነው፡፡ | (8) Then He made his progeny from the extract of a worthless fluid. |
| (9) ከዚያም (ቅርጹን) አስተካከለው፡፡ በእርሱ ውስጥም ከመንፈሱ ነፋበት፤ (ነፍስ ዘራበት)፡፡ ለእናንተም ጆሮዎችን፣ ዓይኖችንና ልቦችንም አደረገላችሁ፡፡ በጣም ጥቂትን ብቻ ታመሰግናላችሁ፡፡ | (9) Then He fashioned him and breathed into him of His spirit. He granted you hearing, sight and intellect; yet little it is that you give thanks. |
| (10) «በምድርም ውስጥ (በስብሰን) በጠፋን ጊዜ እኛ በአዲስ መፈጠር ውስጥ እንሆናለን?» አሉ፡፡ በእውነቱ እነርሱ በጌታቸው መገናኘት ከሓዲዎች ናቸው፡፡ | (10) They say, “What! Is it that when we are disintegrated into the earth, will we then be created anew?” Rather, they deny the meeting with their Lord. |
| (11) «በእናንተ የተወከለው መልአከ ሞት ይገድላችኋል፡፡ ከዚያም ወደ ጌታችሁ ትመለሳላችሁ» በላቸው፡፡ | (11) Say, “The angel of death, who is in charge of you, will take your souls, then to your Lord you will be brought back.” |
| (12) አመጸኞችም በጌታቸው ዘንድ ራሶቻቸውን ያቀረቀሩ ሆነው «ጌታችን ሆይ! አየን፣ ሰማንም፡፡ መልካምን እንሠራለንና (ወደ ምድረ ዓለም) መልሰን፡፡ እኛ አረጋጋጮች ነን፡፡» (የሚሉ ሲሆኑ) ብታይ ኖሮ (አስደንጋጭን ነገር ታይ ነበር)፡፡ | (12) If only you could see the wicked lowering their heads before their Lord, “Our Lord, we have now seen and heard. Send us back; we will do righteous deeds. Now we truly have faith.” |
| (13) በሻንም ኖሮ ነፍስን ሁሉ ቅንነቷን (እምነቷን) በሰጠናት ነበር፡፡ ግን ገሀነምን ከአጋንንትና ከሰዎች የተሰበሰቡ ሆነው በእርግጥ እሞላለሁ ማለት ቃሉ ከእኔ ተረጋግጧል፡፡ | (13) If We had willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but My Word will be fulfilled: “I will certainly fill up Hell with jinn and men all together.” |
| (14) ይህንንም ቀናችሁን መገናኘትን በመርሳታችሁ ምክንያት (ቅጣትን) ቅመሱ! እኛ ተውናችሁ፡፡ ትሠሩት በነበራችሁትም ጥፋት ዘውታሪን ቅጣት ቅመሱ (ይባላሉ)፡፡ | (14) So taste [the punishment] because you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours. We have likewise forgotten you. Taste the eternal punishment for what you used to do.” |
| (15) በአንቀጾቻችን የሚያምኑት እነዚያ በእርሷ በተገሰጹ ጊዜ ሰጋጆች ሆነው የሚወድቁትና እነርሱም የማይኮሩ ሆነው በጌታቸው ምስጋና (ተጎናጽፈው) የሚያወድሱት ብቻ ናቸው፡፡ | (15) The true believers in Our verses are only those who, when they are reminded of them, fall in prostration and glorify their Lord with praise, and they do not show arrogance. |
| (16) ጌታቸውን ለመፍራትና ለመከጀል የሚጠሩት ሆነው ጎኖቻቸው ከመጋደሚያ ስፍራዎች ይራራቃሉ፡፡ ከሰጠናቸውም (ጸጋ) ይለገሳሉ፡፡ | (16) They forsake their beds, invoking their Lord with fear and hope, and spend out of what We have provided for them. |
| (17) ይሠሩትም በነበሩት ለመመንዳት ከዓይኖች መርጊያ ለእነርሱ የተደበቀላቸውን (ጸጋ) ማንኛይቱም ነፍስ አታውቅም፡፡ | (17) No soul knows what delights are kept hidden for them as a reward for what they used to do. |
| (18) አማኝ የሆነ ሰው አመጸኛ እንደ ሆነ ሰው ነውን? አይስተካከሉም፡፡ | (18) Is one who is a believer like one who is an evildoer? They are not equal. |
| (19) እነዚያ ያመኑና መልካሞችን የሰሩማ ለእነርሱ ይሠሩት በነበሩት ምክንያት መስተንግዶ ሲሆኑ መኖሪያ ገነቶች አሏቸው፡፡ | (19) As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, they will have gardens to dwell in, as an accommodation for what they used to do. |
| (20) እነዚያ ያመጹትማ፤ መኖሪያቸው እሳት ናት፡፡ ከእርሷ መውጣትን በፈለጉ ቁጥር በእርሷ ውስጥ ይመለሳሉ፡፡ ለእነርሱም «ያንን በእርሱ ታስተባብሉበት የነበራችሁትን የእሳት ቅጣት ቅመሱ» ይባላሉ፡፡ | (20) But those who are rebellious, their abode will be the Fire. Every time they try to escape from it, they will be driven back into it, and it will be said to them, “Taste the punishment of the Fire which you used to deny.” |
| (21) ይመለሱ ዘንድም ከትልቁ ቅጣት በፊት (በዚህ ዓለም) ከትንሹ ቅጣት በእርግጥ እናቀምሳቸዋለን፡፡ | (21) We will certainly make them taste some minor punishment [in this life] prior to the greater punishment, so that they may return. |
| (22) በጌታውም አንቀጾች ከተገሰጸና ከዚያም ከተዋት ሰው ይበልጥ በደለኛ ማነው? (የለም)፤ እኛ ከተንኮለኞቹ ተበቃዮች ነን፡፡ | (22) Who does greater wrong than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord, then turns away from them? We will surely take vengeance upon the wicked. |
| (23) ሙሳንም መጽሐፍን በእርግጥ ሰጠነው፡፡ እርሱን ከመገናኘትህም በመጠራጠር ውስጥ አትሁን፡፡ ለእስራኤል ልጆችም መሪ አደረግነው፡፡ | (23) We gave Moses the Scripture, so do not doubt about meeting him, and We made it a guide for the Children of Israel. |
| (24) በታገሱና በተዓምራቶቻችን የሚያረጋግጡ በሆኑም ጊዜ ከእነርሱ በትዕዛዛችን የሚመሩ መሪዎች አደረግን፡፡ | (24) We made some of them leaders, guiding by Our command, because they observed patience and firmly believed in Our signs. |
| (25) ጌታህ እርሱ በዚያ በእርሱ ይለያዩበት በነበሩት ነገር በትንሣኤ ቀን በመካከላቸው (በፍርድ) ይለያል፡፡ | (25) Indeed, it is your Lord Who will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ. |
| (26) ከክፍለ ዘመናት ሰዎች ብዙዎችን ያጠፋን መሆናችን በመኖሪያዎቻቸው የሚሄዱ ሲሆኑ | (26) Is it not yet clear to them how many generations We destroyed before them, in whose dwellings they now walk about? Indeed, there are signs in this. Do they not then listen? |
| (27) እኛ ውሃን ወደ ደረቅ ምድር የምንነዳ እንስሶቻቸውና ነፍሶቻቸው ከእርሱ የሚበሉለትንም አዝመራ በእርሱ የምናወጣ መኾናችንን አያዩምን? አይመለከቱምን? | (27) Do they not see that We drive water to parched land, producing thereby crops of which their cattle and they themselves eat? Do they not then see? |
| (28) «ከእውነተኞችም እንደሆናችሁ ይህ ፍርድ መቼ ነው?» ይላሉ፡፡ | (28) They say, “When will this Decision be if you are truthful?” |
| (29) «በፍርድ ቀን እነዚያን የካዱትን ሰዎች እምነታቸው አይጠቅማቸውም፡፡ እነርሱም ጊዜን አይሰጡም፤» በላቸው፡፡ | (29) Say, “On the Day of Decision the belief of those who disbelieved will not benefit them, nor will they be given any respite.” |
| (30) እነርሱንም ተዋቸው፡፡ ተጠባበቅም፤ እነርሱ ተጠባባቂዎች ናቸውና፡፡ | (30) So turn away from them and wait; they too are waiting. |
