24 – An – Noor
سُورَةٌ أَنزَلْنَاهَا وَفَرَضْنَاهَا وَأَنزَلْنَا فِيهَا آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ [1]
(1) (ይህች) ያወረድናትና የደነገግናት ምዕራፍ ናት፡፡ በእርሷም ውስጥ ትገሰፁ ዘንድ ግልጾችን አንቀጾች አውርደናል፡፡
(1) [This is] a Chapter which We have sent down and ordained, and sent down in it clear commandments so that you may take heed.
الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ ۖ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۖ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ [2]
(2) ዝሙተኛይቱና ዝሙተኛው ከሁለቱ እያንዳንዳቸውን (ያላገቡ እንደኾኑ) መቶ ግርፋትን ግረፉዋቸው፤ በእነርሱም በአላህ ፍርድ ርኅራኄ አትያዛችሁ፡፡ በአላህና በመጨረሻው ቀን የምታምኑ እንደኾናችሁ (አትራሩ)፡፡ ቅጣታቸውንም ከምእምናን ጭፍሮች ይገኙበት፡፡
(2) As for the woman and the man who commit fornication; flog each of them a hundred lashes. Do not let pity for them make you lenient concerning the law of Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment.
الزَّانِي لَا يَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَالزَّانِيَةُ لَا يَنكِحُهَا إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ ۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ [3]
(3) ዝሙተኛው ዝሙተኛይቱን ወይም አጋሪይቱን እንጂ አያገባም፡፡ ዝሙተኛይቱንም ዝሙተኛ ወይም አጋሪ እንጂ አያገባትም፡፡ ይህም በምእምናን ላይ ተከልክሏል፡፡
(3) A man who fornicates would only marry a woman who fornicates or a polytheist, and a woman who fornicates would only marry a man who fornicates or a polytheist. Such marriages are forbidden to the believers.
وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ [4]
(4) እነዚያም ጥብቆችን ሴቶች (በዝሙት) የሚሰድቡ ከዚያም አራትን ምስክሮች ያላመጡ ሰማኒያን ግርፋት ግረፏቸው፡፡ ከእነርሱም ምስክርነትን ሁልጊዜ አትቀበሉ እነዚያም እነሱ አመጸኞች ናቸው፡፡
(4) As for those who accuse chaste women [of adultery] but fail to produce four witnesses, flog them eighty lashes and do not accept their testimony ever, for it is they who are the rebellious,
إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِن بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ [5]
(5) እነዚያ ከዚህ በኋላ የተጸጸቱና ሥራቸውን ያሳመሩ ሲቀሩ፡፡ አላህ በጣም መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና፡፡
(5) except those who repent afterwards and mend their ways, for Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلَّا أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ ۙ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ [6]
(6) እነዚያም ሚስቶቻቸውን (በዝሙት) የሚሰድቡ ለእነሱም ከነፍሶቻቸው በስተቀር ምስክሮች የሌሏቸው የኾኑ የአንዳቸው ምስክርነት እርሱ ከውነተኞች ለመኾኑ በአላህ ስም አራት ጊዜ ምሎ መመስከር ነው፡፡
(6) As for those who accuse their wives [of adultery] but have no witness except themselves, then the evidence of one of them is to testify four times by Allah that he is telling the truth,
وَالْخَامِسَةُ أَنَّ لَعْنَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ إِن كَانَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ [7]
(7) አምስተኛይቱም ከውሸታሞች ቢኾን በእርሱ ላይ የአላህ እርግማን ይኑርበት (ብሎ መመስከር) ነው፡፡
(7) and the fifth [oath] is that may Allah curse him if he is telling a lie.
وَيَدْرَأُ عَنْهَا الْعَذَابَ أَن تَشْهَدَ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ ۙ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ [8]
(8) እርሱም ከውሸታሞች ነው ብላ አራት ጊዜ መመስከሮችን በአላህ ስም መመስከርዋ ከእርስዋ ላይ ቅጣትን ይገፈትርላታል፡፡
(8) But she will be spared the punishment if she testifies four times by Allah that he is telling a lie,
وَالْخَامِسَةَ أَنَّ غَضَبَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِن كَانَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ [9]
(9) አምስተኛይቱም እርሱ ከውነተኞች ቢኾን በእርስዋ ላይ የአላህ ቁጣ ይኑርባት (ብላ መመስከርዋ) ነው፡፡
(9) and the fifth [oath] is that may Allah’s wrath be upon her if he is telling the truth.
وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ حَكِيمٌ [10]
(10) በእናንተም ላይ የአላህ ችሮታና እዝነቱ ባልነበረ አላህም ጸጸትን ተቀባይ ጥበበኛ ባልኾነ ኖሮ (ውሸታሙን ይገልጸው ነበር)፡፡
(10) Were it not for Allah’s grace and mercy upon you, and that Allah is Accepting of Repentance, All-Wise, [He would have punished you].
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ جَاءُوا بِالْإِفْكِ عُصْبَةٌ مِّنكُمْ ۚ لَا تَحْسَبُوهُ شَرًّا لَّكُم ۖ بَلْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۚ لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مِّنْهُم مَّا اكْتَسَبَ مِنَ الْإِثْمِ ۚ وَالَّذِي تَوَلَّىٰ كِبْرَهُ مِنْهُمْ لَهُ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ [11]
(11) እነዚያ መጥፎን ውሸት ያመጡ ከናንተው የኾኑ ጭፍሮች ናቸው፡፡ ለእናንተ ክፉ ነገር ነው
(11) Indeed, those who came up with the slander are a group among you. Do not think that it is bad for you, rather it is good for you. Each one of them is responsible for what he earned of the sin, and the one who played the major role, for him there will be a grave punishment.
لَّوْلَا إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ ظَنَّ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بِأَنفُسِهِمْ خَيْرًا وَقَالُوا هَٰذَا إِفْكٌ مُّبِينٌ [12]
(12) (ውሸቱን) በሰማችሁት ጊዜ ምእምናንና ምእምናት በጎሶቻቸው ለምን ደግን ነገር አልጠረጠሩም ለምንስ ይህ ግልጽ ውሸት ነው አላሉም
(12) If only the believing men and women had thought well of themselves, and said, “This is a clear slander!”
لَّوْلَا جَاءُوا عَلَيْهِ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ ۚ فَإِذْ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِالشُّهَدَاءِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ عِندَ اللَّهِ هُمُ الْكَاذِبُونَ [13]
(13) በእርሱ ላይ ለምን አራትን ምስክሮች አላመጡም ምስክሮቹንም ካላመጡ እነዚያ አላህ ዘንድ ውሸታሞቹ እነሱ ናቸው፡፡
(13) Why did they not produce four witnesses to prove it? Now, since they failed to produce witnesses, they are the liars before Allah.
وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِي مَا أَفَضْتُمْ فِيهِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ [14]
(14) በቅርቢቱም በመጨረሻይቱም ዓለም በእናንተ ላይ የአላህ ችሮታና እዝነቱ ባልነበረ ኖሮ በውስጡ በገባችሁበት ወሬ ምክንያት ታላቅ ቅጣት በእርግጥ በደረሰባችሁ ነበር፡፡
(14) Were it not for Allah’s grace and mercy upon you in this world and in the Hereafter, you would have been afflicted with a great punishment for that [lie] in which you were involved,
إِذْ تَلَقَّوْنَهُ بِأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَتَقُولُونَ بِأَفْوَاهِكُم مَّا لَيْسَ لَكُم بِهِ عِلْمٌ وَتَحْسَبُونَهُ هَيِّنًا وَهُوَ عِندَ اللَّهِ عَظِيمٌ [15]
(15) በምላሶቻችሁ በምትቅበባሉት ጊዜ ለእናንተም በእርሱ ዕውቀት በሌላችሁ ነገር በአፎቻችሁ በተናገራችሁና እርሱ አላህ ዘንድ ከባድ ኀጢአት ኾኖ ሳለ ቀላል አድርጋችሁ ባሰባችሁት ጊዜ (ከባድ ቅጣት በነካችሁ ነበር)፡፡
(15) when you were passing it from one tongue to the other, and saying with your mouths what you had no knowledge of, and were taking it lightly, whereas with Allah it was a grave offense.
وَلَوْلَا إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ قُلْتُم مَّا يَكُونُ لَنَا أَن نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِهَٰذَا سُبْحَانَكَ هَٰذَا بُهْتَانٌ عَظِيمٌ [16]
(16) በሰማችሁትም ጊዜ በዚህ ልንናገር ለእኛ አይገባንም፡፡ ጥራት ይገባህ፡፡ ይህ ከባድ ቅጥፈት ነው፤ አትሉም ነበርን
(16) If only you had said when you heard it, “How can we speak about such a thing! Glory be to You [O Allah]! This is a monstrous slander!”
يَعِظُكُمُ اللَّهُ أَن تَعُودُوا لِمِثْلِهِ أَبَدًا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ [17]
(17) ምእመናን እንደኾናችሁ ወደ ብጤው በፍፁም እንዳትመለሱ አላህ ይገስጻችኋል፡፡
(17) Allah admonishes you not to repeat such a thing ever, if you are [truly] believers.
وَيُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ [18]
(18) ለእናንተም አላህ አንቀጾችን ይገልጽላችኋል፡፡ አላህም ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነው፡፡
(18) Allah makes the revelations clear to you, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّونَ أَن تَشِيعَ الْفَاحِشَةُ فِي الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ [19]
(19) እነዚያ በእነዚያ ባመኑት ሰዎች ውስጥ መጥፎ ወሬ እንድትስፋፋ የሚወዱ ለእነሱ በቅርቢቱም በመጨረሻይቱም ዓለም አሳማሚ ቅጣት አላቸው፡፡ አላህም ያውቃል እናንተ ግን አታውቁም፡፡
(19) Indeed, those who like to see indecency spread among the believers will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter; Allah knows and you do not know.
وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ [20]
(20) በእናንተም ላይ የአላህ ችሮታውና እዝነቱ ባልነበረ አላህም ሩኅሩኅና አዛኝ ባልኾነ ኖሮ (ቶሎ ባጠፋችሁ ነበር)፡፡
(20) Were it not for Allah’s grace and mercy upon you, and that Allah is Ever Gracious, Most Merciful [He would have punished you].
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّبِعْ خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِنَّهُ يَأْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ ۚ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ مَا زَكَىٰ مِنكُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍ أَبَدًا وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ يُزَكِّي مَن يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ [21]
(21) እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ! የሰይጣንን እርምጃዎች አትከተሉ፡፡ የሰይጣንንም እርምጃዎች የሚከተል ሰው (ኀጢአትን ተሸከመ)፡፡ እርሱ በመጥፎና በሚጠላ ነገር ያዛልና፡፡ በእናንተም ላይ የአላህ ችሮታና እዝነቱ ባልነበረ ኖሮ ከናንተ አንድም ፈጽሞ ባልጠራ ነበር፡፡ ግን አላህ የሚሻውን ሰው ያጠራል፡፡ አላህም ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(21) O you who believe, do not follow the footsteps of Satan; whoever follows the footsteps of Satan, he only enjoins indecency and evil acts. Were it not for Allah’s grace and mercy upon you, none of you would have ever been purified. But Allah purifies whom He wills, and Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
وَلَا يَأْتَلِ أُولُو الْفَضْلِ مِنكُمْ وَالسَّعَةِ أَن يُؤْتُوا أُولِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَلْيَعْفُوا وَلْيَصْفَحُوا ۗ أَلَا تُحِبُّونَ أَن يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ [22]
(22) ከእናንተም የችሮታና የክብረት ባለቤቶች የኾኑት ለቅርብ ዘመዶችና ለድኾች በአላህም መንገድ ለተሰደዱ ሰዎች ላይሰጡ አይማሉ፡፡ ይቅርታም ያድርጉ፡፡ (ጥፋተኞቹን) ይለፉም፡፡ አላህ ለእናንተ ሊምር አትወዱምን አላህም መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው፡፡
(22) The people of virtue and affluence among you should not swear to withhold their aid from their relatives, the needy and the emigrants in the cause of Allah. Let them pardon and overlook. Do you not like to be forgiven by Allah? For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْغَافِلَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ لُعِنُوا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ [23]
(23) እነዚያ ጥብቆቹን ከዝሙት ዘንጊዎቹን ምእምናት የሚሰድቡ፤ በቅርቢቱም በመጨረሻይቱም
(23) Those who [falsely] accuse chaste, innocent and believing women are cursed in this life and the Hereafter, and for them there will be a great punishment.
يَوْمَ تَشْهَدُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَلْسِنَتُهُمْ وَأَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ [24]
(24) በእነሱ ላይ ምላሶቻቸው፣ እጆቻቸውና እግሮቻቸውም ይሠሩት በነበሩት ነገር በሚመሰክሩባቸው ቀን (ከባድ ቅጣት አላቸው)፡፡
(24) On the Day when their tongues, hands and feet will testify against them for what they used to do.
يَوْمَئِذٍ يُوَفِّيهِمُ اللَّهُ دِينَهُمُ الْحَقَّ وَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِينُ [25]
(25) በዚያ ቀን አላህ እውነተኛ ዋጋቸውን ይሞላላቸዋል፡፡ አላህም እርሱ መኖሩ የተረጋገጠ (ሁሉን ነገር) ገላጭ መኾኑን ያውቃሉ፡፡
(25) On that Day, Allah will give them full recompense that they deserve, and they will know that it is Allah Who is the Ultimate Truth.
الْخَبِيثَاتُ لِلْخَبِيثِينَ وَالْخَبِيثُونَ لِلْخَبِيثَاتِ ۖ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلطَّيِّبِينَ وَالطَّيِّبُونَ لِلطَّيِّبَاتِ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ مُبَرَّءُونَ مِمَّا يَقُولُونَ ۖ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ [26]
(26) መጥፎዎቹ ሴቶች ለመጥፎዎች ወንዶች መጥፎዎቹ ወንዶችም ለመጥፎዎቹ ሴቶች የተገቡ ናቸው፡፡ ጥሩዎቹ ሴቶችም ለጥሩዎቹ ወንዶች ጥሩዎቹ ወንዶችም ለጥሩዎቹ ሴቶች የሚገቡ ናቸው፡፡ እነዚያ (መጥፎዎቹ) ከሚሉት ነገር ንጹሕ የተደረጉ ናቸው፡፡ ለእነርሱ ምህረትና መልካም ሲሳይ አላቸው፡፡
(26) Evil women are for evil men and evil men for evil women, and virtuous women are for virtuous men and virtuous men for virtuous women. These [virtuous ones] are innocent of what [the slanderers] say; they will have forgiveness and a generous provision.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غَيْرَ بُيُوتِكُمْ حَتَّىٰ تَسْتَأْنِسُوا وَتُسَلِّمُوا عَلَىٰ أَهْلِهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ [27]
(27) እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ! እስከምታስፈቅዱና በባለቤቶቿ ላይ ሰላምታን እስከምታቀርቡ ድረስ ከቤቶቻችሁ ሌላ የኾኑን ቤቶች አትግቡ፡፡ ይህ ለእናንተ መልካም ነው፡፡ እናንተ ትገነዘቡ ዘንድ (በዚህ ታዘዛችሁ)፡፡
(27) O you who believe, do not enter any house other than your own until you ask permission and greet their dwellers. That is best for you, so that you may take heed.
فَإِن لَّمْ تَجِدُوا فِيهَا أَحَدًا فَلَا تَدْخُلُوهَا حَتَّىٰ يُؤْذَنَ لَكُمْ ۖ وَإِن قِيلَ لَكُمُ ارْجِعُوا فَارْجِعُوا ۖ هُوَ أَزْكَىٰ لَكُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ [28]
(28) በውስጧም አንድንም ሰው ባታገኙ ለእናንተ እስከሚፈቀድላችሁ ድረስ አትግቧት፡፡ ለእናንተ ተመለሱ ብትባሉም ተመለሱ፡፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ የተሻለ ነው፡፡ አላህም የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(28) If you do not find anyone therein, do not enter it until you have been given permission. If you are told to go back, then go back; that is more proper for you. And Allah is All-Knowing of what you do.
لَّيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غَيْرَ مَسْكُونَةٍ فِيهَا مَتَاعٌ لَّكُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا تَكْتُمُونَ [29]
(29) መኖሪያ ያልኾኑን ቤቶች በውስጣቸው ለእናንተ ጥቅም ያላችሁን (ሳታስፈቅዱ) ብትገቡ በእናንተ ላይ ኀጢአት የለባችሁም፡፡ አላህም የምትገልጹትንና የምትደብቁትን ሁሉ ያውቃል፡፡
(29) There is no blame on you if you enter uninhabited houses with a useful purpose. And Allah knows what you reveal and what you conceal.
قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ [30]
(30) ለምእመናን ንገራቸው፡- ዓይኖቻቸውን (ያልተፈቀደን ከማየት) ይከልክሉ፤ ብልቶቻቸውንም ይጠብቁ፤ ይህ ለነሱ የተሻለ ነው፤ አላህ በሚሠሩት ሁሉ ውስጥ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(30) Tell the believing men to lower their gazes and guard their private parts; that is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is All-Aware of what they do.
وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ ۖ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُولِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَىٰ عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ ۖ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ ۚ وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ [31]
(31) ለምእምናትም ንገራቸው፡- ዓይኖቻቸውን ይከልክሉ፡፡ ብልቶቻቸውንም ይጠብቁ፡፡ ጌጣቸውንም ከእርሷ ግልጽ ከኾነው በስተቀር አይግለጡ፡፡ ጉፍታዎቻቸውንም በአንገትጌዎቻቸው ላይ ያጣፉ፡፡ (የውስጥ) ጌጣቸውንም ለባሎቻቸው ወይም ለአባቶቻቸው ወይም ለባሎቻቸው አባቶች ወይም ለወንዶች ልጆቻቸው ወይም ለባሎቻቸው ወንዶች ልጆች ወይም ለወንድሞቻቸው ወይም ለወንድሞቻቸው ወንዶች ልጆች ወይም ለእህቶቻቸው ወንዶች ልጆች ወይም ለሴቶቻቸው ወይም እጆቻቸው ለያዙት (ባሪያ) ወይም ከወንዶች ለሴት ጉዳይ የሌላቸው ለኾኑ ተከታዮች ወይም ለነዚያ በሴቶች ሐፍረተ ገላ ላይ ላላወቁ ሕፃኖች ካልኾነ በስተቀር አይግለጹ፡፡ ከጌጣቸውም የሚሸፍኑት ይታወቅ ዘንድ በእግሮቻቸው አይምቱ፡፡ ምእመናኖች ሆይ! ትድኑ ዘንድ ሁላችሁም ወደ አላህ (በመመለስ) ተጸጸቱ፡፡
(31) Tell the believing women to lower their gazes and guard their private parts, and not to reveal their beauty except what appears. And let them draw their veils over their chests, and not to reveal their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, slaves whom they own, male attendants who have no [sexual] desire, or children who are still unaware of private aspects of women. Nor let them stamp their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden charm. And turn to Allah in repentance all together, O believers, so that you may be successful.
وَأَنكِحُوا الْأَيَامَىٰ مِنكُمْ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ ۚ إِن يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاءَ يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ [32]
(32) ከናንተም ትዳር የሌላቸውን አጋቡ፡፡ ከወንዶች ባሮቻችሁና ከሴቶች ባሮቻችሁም ለጋብቻ ብቁ የኾኑትን (አጋቡ)፡፡ ድኾች ቢኾኑ አላህ ከችሮታው ያከብራቸዋል፡፡ አላህም ስጦታው ሰፊ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(32) Arrange marriages for those of you who are unmarried, and for the righteous of your bondmen and bondwomen. If they are poor, Allah will suffice them from His bounty, for Allah is All-Bountiful, All-Knowing.
وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّىٰ يُغْنِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا ۖ وَآتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ ۚ وَلَا تُكْرِهُوا فَتَيَاتِكُمْ عَلَى الْبِغَاءِ إِنْ أَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّنًا لِّتَبْتَغُوا عَرَضَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۚ وَمَن يُكْرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مِن بَعْدِ إِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ [33]
(33) እነዚያም የማግቢያን ጣጣ የማያገኙ አላህ ከችሮታው እስከሚያከብራቸው ድረስ ይጠበቁ፡፡ እነዚያንም እጆቻችሁ ከጨበጧቸው አገልጋዮች (ገንዘብ ሰጥተው ነጻ ለመውጣት) መጻጻፍን የሚፈልጉትን ከእነሱ መልካምን ነገር ብታውቁ ተጻጻፉዋቸው፡፡ ከአላህም ገንዘብ ከዚያ ከሰጣችሁ ስጧቸው፡፡ ሴቶች ባሮቻችሁንም መጥጠበቅን ቢፈልጉ የቅርቢቱን ሕይወት ጥቅም ለመፈለግ ብላችሁ በዝሙት ላይ አታስገድዱዋቸው፡፡ የሚያስገድዳቸውም ሰው አላህ ከመገደዳቸው በኋላ (ለተገደዱት) መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው፡፡
(33) Let those who cannot afford marriage keep themselves chaste until Allah suffices them from His bounty. If any of your slaves wishes to enter the contract of emancipation, make this contract with them, if you find goodness in them, and give them some of the wealth that Allah has given you. Do not compel your slave girls into prostitution – if they wish to keep chaste – seeking the worldly gains of this life. But if anyone compels them, then Allah, after such a compulsion, is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ آيَاتٍ مُّبَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَثَلًا مِّنَ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمَوْعِظَةً لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ [34]
(34) ወደእናንተም አብራሪ የኾኑን አንቀጾች ከእነዚያ ከበፊታችሁ ካለፉትም (ምሳሌዎች ዓይነት) ምሳሌን ለጥንቁቆቹ መገሰጫንም በእርግጥ አወረድን፡፡
(34) We have sent down to you verses clarifying the right path, and examples of those who passed on before you, and an admonition for those who fear Allah.
اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ ۖ الْمِصْبَاحُ فِي زُجَاجَةٍ ۖ الزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ زَيْتُونَةٍ لَّا شَرْقِيَّةٍ وَلَا غَرْبِيَّةٍ يَكَادُ زَيْتُهَا يُضِيءُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ ۚ نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ ۗ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ لِنُورِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ [35]
(35) አላህ የሰማያትና የምድር አብሪ ነው፡፡ የብርሃኑ ምሳሌ በውስጧ መብራት እንዳለባት (ዝግ) መስኮት፣ መብራቱ በብርጭቆ ውስጥ የኾነ፣ ብርጭቆይቱ ፍፁም ሉላዊ ኮከብ የምትመሰል፣ ምሥራቃዊው ምዕራባዊም ካልኾነች ከተባረከች የወይራ ዛፍ ዘይቷ እሳት ባይነካውም እንኳ ሊያበራ የሚቀርብ ከኾነች (ዘይት) የሚቃጠል እንደ ሆነ (መብራት) ነው፡፡ (ይህ) በብርሃን ላይ የኾነ ብርሃን ነው፡፡ አላህ ወደ ብርሃኑ የሚሻውን ሰው ይመራል፡፡ አላህም ለሰዎች ምሳሌዎችን ያቀርባል፡፡ አላህም በነገሩ ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(35) Allah is the Light of the heavens and earth. The likeness of His light is that of a niche in which is a lamp; the lamp is in a glass; the glass is like a shining star – it is lit by [the oil of] a blessed olive tree, which is neither of the east nor of the west. Its oil would almost glow, even without being touched by fire. Light upon light; Allah guides to His light whom He wills. Allah sets forth comparisons for people, and Allah is All-Knowing of everything.
فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّهُ أَن تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ فِيهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ [36]
(36) አላህ እንድትከበርና ስሙ በውስጧ እንዲወሳ ባዘዘው ቤቶች ውስጥ (አወድሱት)፡፡ በውስጧ በጧትና በማታ ለእርሱ ያጠራሉ፡፡
(36) [Such niches are lit] in the houses [of worship] which Allah has ordered to raise up, and where His Name is mentioned, and He is glorified therein morning and evening
رِجَالٌ لَّا تُلْهِيهِمْ تِجَارَةٌ وَلَا بَيْعٌ عَن ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ ۙ يَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا تَتَقَلَّبُ فِيهِ الْقُلُوبُ وَالْأَبْصَارُ [37]
(37) አላህን ከማውሳትና ሶላትን ከመስገድ ዘካንም ከመስጠት ንግድም ሽያጭም የማያታልላቸው ልቦችና ዓይኖች በእርሱ የሚገላበጡበትን ቀን የሚፈሩ የኾኑ ሰዎች (ያጠሩታል)፡፡
(37) by men who are not distracted by buying or selling from the remembrance of Allah, or from performing prayer or giving zakah. They fear a Day when hearts and eyes will be petrified.
لِيَجْزِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوا وَيَزِيدَهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَاءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ [38]
(38) አላህ የሠሩትን ሥራ መልካሙን ሊመነዳቸው ከችሮታውም ሊጨመርላቸው (ያጠሩታል)፡፡ አላህም ለሚሻው ሰው ያለ ግምት ይሰጣል፡፡
(38) [They hope] that Allah may reward them according to their best deeds, and give them yet more out of His bounty, for Allah gives provision to whom He wills without limit.
وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَسَرَابٍ بِقِيعَةٍ يَحْسَبُهُ الظَّمْآنُ مَاءً حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءَهُ لَمْ يَجِدْهُ شَيْئًا وَوَجَدَ اللَّهَ عِندَهُ فَوَفَّاهُ حِسَابَهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ [39]
(39) እነዚያም የካዱት ሰዎች ሥራዎቻቸው (መልካሞቹ) በበረሃ ሜዳ እንዳለ ሲሪብዱ የጠማው ሰው ውሃ ነው ብሎ እንደሚያስበው በመጣውም ጊዜ ምንም ነገር ኾኖ እንደማያገኘው ነው፡፡ (ከሓዲው) አላህንም እሠራው ዘንድ ያገኘዋል፡፡ ምርመራውንም (ቅጣቱን) ይሞላለታል፡፡ አላህም ምርመራው ፈጣን ነው፡፡
(39) As for those who disbelieve, their deeds are like a mirage in a plain desert, which a thirsty person deems to be water, until when he reaches it, he finds nothing, but he finds Allah there [in the Hereafter], thus He will pay him his account in full, for Allah is swift in reckoning.
أَوْ كَظُلُمَاتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُّجِّيٍّ يَغْشَاهُ مَوْجٌ مِّن فَوْقِهِ مَوْجٌ مِّن فَوْقِهِ سَحَابٌ ۚ ظُلُمَاتٌ بَعْضُهَا فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ إِذَا أَخْرَجَ يَدَهُ لَمْ يَكَدْ يَرَاهَا ۗ وَمَن لَّمْ يَجْعَلِ اللَّهُ لَهُ نُورًا فَمَا لَهُ مِن نُّورٍ [40]
(40) ወይም (መጥፎ ሥራዎቻቸውን) ከበላዩ ደመና ያለበት ማዕበል በሚሸፈነው ጥልቅ ባህር ውስጥ እንዳሉ ጨለማዎች ነው፡፡ (እነዚያ) ከፊላቸው ከከፊሉ በላይ ድርብርብ የኾኑ ጨለማዎች ናቸው፡፡ (በዚህች) የተሞከረ (ሰው) እጁን ባወጣ ጊዜ ሊያያት አይቀርብም፡፡ አላህም ለእርሱ ብርሃንን ያላደረገለት ሰው ለእርሱ ምንም ብርሃን የለውም፡፡
(40) Or [their deeds] are like layers of darkness in a deep sea covered by waves upon waves, above which are clouds – layers of darkness, one above another. If one stretches out his hand, he can hardly see it. Whoever Allah does not give light will have no light at all.
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالطَّيْرُ صَافَّاتٍ ۖ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُ وَتَسْبِيحَهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ [41]
(41) አላህ በሰማያትና በምድር ያለ ሁሉ በራሪዎችም ክንፎቻቸውን (በአየር ላይ) ያንሳፈፉ ኾነው ለእርሱ የሚያጠሩ (የሚያወድሱ) መኾናቸውን አላወቅህምን ሁሉም ስግደቱንና ማጥራቱን በእርግጥ ዐወቀ፡፡ አላህም የሚሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(41) Do you not see that all those who are in the heavens and earth glorify Allah, as do the birds with wings outspread? Each knows its [way of] praying and glorification. And Allah is All-Knowing of what they do.
وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ الْمَصِيرُ [42]
(42) የሰማያትና የምድርም ግዛት የአላህ ነው፡፡ መመለሻም ወደ አላህ ነው፡፡
(42) To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and earth, and to Allah is the final return.
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُزْجِي سَحَابًا ثُمَّ يُؤَلِّفُ بَيْنَهُ ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُ رُكَامًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مِن جِبَالٍ فِيهَا مِن بَرَدٍ فَيُصِيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَصْرِفُهُ عَن مَّن يَشَاءُ ۖ يَكَادُ سَنَا بَرْقِهِ يَذْهَبُ بِالْأَبْصَارِ [43]
(43) አላህ ደመናን የሚነዳ መኾኑን አላየህምን ከዚያም ከፊሉን ከከፊሉ ያገናኛል፡፡ ከዚያም የተደራረበ ያደርገዋል፡፡ ዝናቡንም ከመካከሉ የሚወጣ ኾኖ ታየዋለህ፡፡ ከሰማይም (ከደመና) በውስጧ ካሉት ጋራዎች በረዶን ያወርዳል፡፡ በእርሱም የሚሻውን ሰው (በጉዳት) ይነካል፡፡ ከሚሻውም ሰው ላይ ይመልሰዋል፡፡ የብልጭታው ብርሃን ዓይኖችን ሊወስድ ይቀርባል፡፡
(43) Do you not see that Allah drives the clouds, then gathers them together, then turns them into a heap, then you see raindrops coming out from their midst? He sends down hail from mountains [of clouds] in the sky, raining it down upon whoever He wills and turning it away from whoever He wills. The flash of its lightning almost takes away eyesight.
يُقَلِّبُ اللَّهُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِّأُولِي الْأَبْصَارِ [44]
(44) አላህ ሌሊትንና ቀንን ያገላብጣል፡፡ በዚህም ለባለ ውስጥ ዓይኖች በእርግጥ ማስረጃ አልለበት፡፡
(44) Allah alternates the night and day. Indeed, there is a lesson in this for people of insight.
وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَابَّةٍ مِّن مَّاءٍ ۖ فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِي عَلَىٰ بَطْنِهِ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِي عَلَىٰ رِجْلَيْنِ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَمْشِي عَلَىٰ أَرْبَعٍ ۚ يَخْلُقُ اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ [45]
(45) አላህም ተንቀሳቃሽን ሁሉ ከውሃ ፈጠረ፡፡ ከእነሱም በሆዱ ላይ የሚኼድ አልለ፡፡ ከእነሱም በሁለት እግሮች ላይ የሚኼድ አልለ፡፡ አላህ የሚሻውን ሁሉ ይፈጥራል፡፡ አላህ በነገሩ ሁሉ ላይ ቻይ ነውና፡፡
(45) Allah created every living creature from water. Some of them move on their bellies, and some walk on two legs and some walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Allah is Most Capable of all things.
لَّقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا آيَاتٍ مُّبَيِّنَاتٍ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ [46]
(46) አብራሪን አንቀጾች በእርግጥ አወረድን፡፡ አላህም የሚሻውን ሰው ወደ ቀጥተኛ መንገድ ይመራዋል፡፡
(46) We have sent down verses making things clear, and Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path.
وَيَقُولُونَ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَبِالرَّسُولِ وَأَطَعْنَا ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم مِّن بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ ۚ وَمَا أُولَٰئِكَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ [47]
(47) በአላህና በመልክተኛውም አምነናል ታዘናልም ይላሉ፡፡ ከዚያም ከዚህ በኋላ ከእነሱ ከፊሉ ይሸሻል፡፡ እነዚያም ምእምናን አይደሉም፤
(47) They [the hypocrites] say, “We believe in Allah and in the Messenger, and we obey.” Then a party of them turns away after that. Such are not believers.
وَإِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ [48]
(48) ወደ አላህና ወደ መልክተኛውም በመካከላቸው ሊፈርድ በተጠሩ ጊዜ ከእነሱ ከፊሉ ወዲያውኑ ይሸሻሉ፡፡
(48) When they are called to Allah and His Messenger so that he may judge between them, a party of them turns away.
وَإِن يَكُن لَّهُمُ الْحَقُّ يَأْتُوا إِلَيْهِ مُذْعِنِينَ [49]
(49) እውነቱም (ሐቁ) ለእነሱ ቢኾን ወደርሱ ታዛዦች ኾነው ይመጣሉ፡፡
(49) But if the right is in their favor, they come to him in full submission.
أَفِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَمِ ارْتَابُوا أَمْ يَخَافُونَ أَن يَحِيفَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَرَسُولُهُ ۚ بَلْ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ [50]
(50) በልቦቻቸው ውስጥ በሺታ አለን ወይስ (በነቢይነቱ) ተጠራጠሩን ወይስ አላህና መልክተኛው በእነሱ ላይ የሚበድሉ መኾንን ይፈራሉን ይልቁንም፤ እነዚያ እነሱ በዳዮቹ ናቸው፡፡
(50) Is there sickness in their hearts, or do they have doubt, or do they fear that Allah and His messenger will be unjust to them? Rather, it is they who are the wrongdoers.
إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَن يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ [51]
(51) የምእምናን ቃል የነበረው ወደ አላህና ወደ መልክተኛው በመካከላቸው ሊፈርድ በተጠሩ ጊዜ ሰማን፤ ታዘዝንም ማለት ብቻ ነው፡፡ እነዚህም እነሱ የፈለጉትን የሚያገኙ ናቸው፡፡
(51) As for the believers, when they are called to Allah and His Messenger so that he may judge between them, they say, “We listen and obey.” It is they who are the successful.
وَمَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَخْشَ اللَّهَ وَيَتَّقْهِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَائِزُونَ [52]
(52) አላህንና መልክተኛውን የሚታዘዝም ሰው፣ አላህንም የሚፈራና የሚጠነቀቀው ሰው፤ እነዚያ እነርሱ ፍለጎታቸውን የሚያገኙ ናቸው፡፡
(52) Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, and fears Allah and is conscious of Him – it is they who are the triumphant.
وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِنْ أَمَرْتَهُمْ لَيَخْرُجُنَّ ۖ قُل لَّا تُقْسِمُوا ۖ طَاعَةٌ مَّعْرُوفَةٌ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ [53]
(53) (ለዘመቻ) ብታዛቸውም በእርግጥ ሊወጡ የጠነከሩ መሓሎቻቸውን በአላህ ስም ይምላሉ፡፡ «አትማሉ፤ የታወቀች (የንፍቅና) መታዘዝ ናትና፡፡ አላህ በምትሠሩት ነገር ሁሉ ውስጥ ዐዋቂ
(53) They [the hypocrites] swear by Allah their most solemn oaths that if you order them, they will surely march forth. Say, “do not swear, [your] obedience is well known. Allah is All-Aware of what you do.”
قُلْ أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ ۖ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِ مَا حُمِّلَ وَعَلَيْكُم مَّا حُمِّلْتُمْ ۖ وَإِن تُطِيعُوهُ تَهْتَدُوا ۚ وَمَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ [54]
(54) «አላህን ተገዙ፡፡ መልክተኛውንም ታዘዙ፤ ብትሸሹም (አትጎዱትም)፡፡ በእርሱ ላይ ያለበት የተገደደውን ማድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡ በእናንተም ላይ ያለባችሁ የተገደዳችሁት (መታዘዝ) ብቻ
(54) Say, “Obey Allah and obey the Messenger. But if you turn away, he is only responsible for his duty and you are responsible for your duty. If you obey him, you will be guided. The duty of the Messenger is only to convey the message clearly.”
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَىٰ لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا ۚ يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا ۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ [55]
(55) አላህ እነዚያን ከእናንተ ያመኑትንና መልካም ሥራዎችን የሠሩትን እነዚያን ከእነሱ በፊት የነበሩትን እንደተካ በምድር ለይ በእርግጥ ሊተካቸው፣ ለእነሱም ያንን የወደደላቸውን ሃይማኖታቸውን ሊያደላድልላቸው፣ ከፍርሃታቸውም በኋላ ጸጥታን ሊለውጥላቸው ተስፋን ቃል ሰጥቷቸዋል፡፡ በእኔ ምንንም የማያጋሩ ኾነው ይግገዙኛል፡፡ ከዚያም በኋላ የካደ ሰው እነዚያ እነርሱ አመጸኞች ናቸው፡፡
(55) Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous deeds that He will make them successors in the land, as He made those who came before them, and He will surely establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them, and He will surely change their state of fear into security; that they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that, it is they who are the rebellious.
وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ [56]
(56) ሶላትንም አስተካክላችሁ ስገዱ፡፡ ምጽዋትንም ስጡ፡፡ መልክተኛውንም ታዘዙ፡፡ ለእናንተ ሊታዘንላችሁ ይከጀላልና፡፡
(56) Establish prayer, give zakah and obey the Messenger, so that you may be shown mercy.
لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ ۖ وَلَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ [57]
(57) እነዚያን የካዱትን በምድር ውስጥ የሚያቅቱ አድርገህ አታስብ፡፡ መኖሪያቸውም እሳት ናት፡፡ በእርግጥም የከፋች መመለሻ ናት፡፡
(57) Do not think that the disbelievers can escape in the land. Their abode will be the Fire. What a terrible destination!
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِيَسْتَأْذِنكُمُ الَّذِينَ مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنكُمْ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ۚ مِّن قَبْلِ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَحِينَ تَضَعُونَ ثِيَابَكُم مِّنَ الظَّهِيرَةِ وَمِن بَعْدِ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ ۚ ثَلَاثُ عَوْرَاتٍ لَّكُمْ ۚ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَا عَلَيْهِمْ جُنَاحٌ بَعْدَهُنَّ ۚ طَوَّافُونَ عَلَيْكُم بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ [58]
(58) እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ! እነዚያ እጆቻችሁ የጨበጧቸው (ባሮች) እነዚያም ከእናንተ ለአካላ መጠን ያልደረሱት ከጎህ ስግደት በፊት፣ በቀትርም ልብሶቻችሁን በምታወልቁ ጊዜ ከምሽት ስግደትም በኋላ ሦስት ጊዜያት (ለመግባት ሲፈልጉ) ያስፈቅዷችሁ፡፡ (እነዚህ) ለእናንተ የኾኑ ሦስት የሐፍረተ ገላ መገለጫ ጊዜያቶች ናቸውና፡፡ ከእነዚህ በኋላ በእናንተም በእነርሱም ላይ (ያለፈቃድ በመግባት) ኀጢአት የለም፡፡ በእናንተ ላይ (ለማገልገል) ዙዋሪዎች ናቸውና፡፡ ከፊላችሁ በከፊሉ ላይ ዙዋሪ ነው፡፡ እንደዚሁ አላህ ለእናንተ ሕግጋትን ይገልጽላችኋል፡፡ አላህም ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነው፡፡
(58) O you who believe, let your slaves and those among you who have not reached puberty ask for your permission [to enter] at three times: before dawn prayer, when you take off your outer garments at noon, and after the night prayer; three times of privacy for you. Beyond that there is no blame on you nor on them to move about freely, attending to one another. This is how Allah makes the verses clear to you, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
وَإِذَا بَلَغَ الْأَطْفَالُ مِنكُمُ الْحُلُمَ فَلْيَسْتَأْذِنُوا كَمَا اسْتَأْذَنَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ [59]
(59) ከእናንተም ሕፃናቶቹ አቅመ አዳምን በደረሱ ጊዜ እነዚያ ከእነሱ በፊት የነበሩት (ታላላቆቹ) እንዳስፈቀዱ ያስፈቅዱ፡፡ እንደዚሁ አላህ ለእናንተ አንቀጾቹን ያብራራል፤ አላህም ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነው፡፡
(59) When your children reach the age of puberty, let them ask permission [to enter], as their elders do. This is how Allah makes His verses clear to you, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
وَالْقَوَاعِدُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ اللَّاتِي لَا يَرْجُونَ نِكَاحًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ أَن يَضَعْنَ ثِيَابَهُنَّ غَيْرَ مُتَبَرِّجَاتٍ بِزِينَةٍ ۖ وَأَن يَسْتَعْفِفْنَ خَيْرٌ لَّهُنَّ ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ [60]
(60) ከሴቶችም እነዚያ ጋብቻን የማይፈልጉት ተቀማጮች (ባልቴቶች)፤ በጌጥ የተገለፁ ሳይኾኑ የላይ ልብሶቻቸውን ቢጥሉ በእነሱ ላይ ኀጢአት የለባቸውም፡፡ ግን መጠበቃቸው ለእነርሱ የተሻለ ነው፡፡ አላህም ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(60) As for elderly women who have no interest in marriage, there is no blame on them if they take off their outer garments without revealing their beauty. But if they modestly refrain from it, that is better for them. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
لَّيْسَ عَلَى الْأَعْمَىٰ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَى الْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌ وَلَا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَن تَأْكُلُوا مِن بُيُوتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ آبَائِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ إِخْوَانِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أَخَوَاتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أَعْمَامِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ عَمَّاتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أَخْوَالِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ خَالَاتِكُمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكْتُم مَّفَاتِحَهُ أَوْ صَدِيقِكُمْ ۚ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَأْكُلُوا جَمِيعًا أَوْ أَشْتَاتًا ۚ فَإِذَا دَخَلْتُم بُيُوتًا فَسَلِّمُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِكُمْ تَحِيَّةً مِّنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ مُبَارَكَةً طَيِّبَةً ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ [61]
(61) (ከሰዎች ጋር በመብላት) በዕውር ላይ ኀጢአት የለበትም፡፡ በአንካሳም ላይ ኀጢአት የለበትም፡፡ በበሽተኛም ላይ ኀጢአት የለበትም፡፡ በነፍሶቻችሁም ላይ ከቤቶቻችሁ ወይም ከአባቶቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም ከእናቶቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም ከወንድሞቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም ከእኅቶቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም ከአጎቶቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም ከአክስቶቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም ከየሹሞቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም ከየሹሜዎቻችሁ ቤቶች ወይም መክፈቻዎቹን ከያዛችሁት ቤት ወይም ከወዳጃችሁ ቤት (ብትበሉ) ኀጢአት የለባችሁም፡፡ ተሰብስባችሁ ወይም ተለያይታችሁ ብትበሉ በእናንተ ላይ ኀጢአት የለባችሁም፡፡ ቤቶችንም በገባችሁ ጊዜ፤ ከአላህ ዘንድ የኾነችን የተባረከች መልካም ሰላምታ በነፍሶቻችሁ ላይ ሰላም በሉ፡፡ እንደዚሁ አላህ አንቀጾችን ለእናንተ ያብራራል፡፡ ልታውቁ ይከጀላልና፡፡
(61) There is no blame on a blind person, nor on the lame, nor on the sick, nor on yourselves if you eat from your houses or from your fathers’ houses or your mothers’ houses or your brothers’ houses or your sisters’ houses or your paternal uncles’ houses, or your paternal aunts’ houses or your maternal uncles’ houses or your maternal aunts’ houses or from the houses the keys of which are in your possession, or your friends’ houses. There is no blame on you if you eat together or separately. But when you enter houses, greet one another with greetings of peace from Allah, which is blessed and delightful. This is how Allah makes the verses clear to you, so that you may understand.
إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِذَا كَانُوا مَعَهُ عَلَىٰ أَمْرٍ جَامِعٍ لَّمْ يَذْهَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يَسْتَأْذِنُوهُ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَأْذِنُونَكَ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ۚ فَإِذَا اسْتَأْذَنُوكَ لِبَعْضِ شَأْنِهِمْ فَأْذَن لِّمَن شِئْتَ مِنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمُ اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ [62]
(62) ምእመናን ማለት እነዚያ በአላህና በመልክተኛው ያመኑት፤ ከእርሱ ጋር በሚሰበሰብ ጉዳይ ላይ በኾኑ ጊዜ እስከሚያስፈቅዱ ድረስ የማይኼዱት ብቻ ናቸው፡፡ እነዚያ የሚያስፈቅዱህ እነርሱ እነዚያ በአላህና በመልክተኛው የሚያምኑት ናቸው፡፡ ለግል ጉዳያቸውም ፈቃድ በጠየቁህ ጊዜ ከእነሱ ለሻኸው ሰው ፍቀድለት፡፡ ለእነሱም አላህን ምሕረትን ለምንላቸው አላህ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና፡፡
(62) The true believers are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger. When they are with him on a public matter, they do not leave until they ask his permission. Those who ask your permission are the ones who believe in Allah and His Messenger. So when they ask your permission for a private matter, give permission to whom you will from among them, and ask Allah’s forgiveness for them, for Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
لَّا تَجْعَلُوا دُعَاءَ الرَّسُولِ بَيْنَكُمْ كَدُعَاءِ بَعْضِكُم بَعْضًا ۚ قَدْ يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ يَتَسَلَّلُونَ مِنكُمْ لِوَاذًا ۚ فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ [63]
(63) በመካከላችሁ የመልክተኛውን ጥሪ ከፊላችሁ ከፊሉን እንደ መጥራት አታድርጉት፡፡ ከእናንተ ውስጥ እነዚያን እየተከለሉ በመስለክለክ የሚወጡትን አላህ በእርግጥ ያውቃቸዋል፡፡ እነዚያም ትዕዛዙን የሚጥሱ መከራ እንዳትደርስባቸው ወይም አሳማሚ ቅጣት እንዳያገኛቸው ይጠንቀቁ፡፡
(63) Do not consider the Messenger’s summons to you as your summons to one another. Allah surely knows those of you who slip away hiding behind others. So let those who disobey his command beware lest some trial may afflict them or they may be afflicted with a painful punishment.
أَلَا إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ قَدْ يَعْلَمُ مَا أَنتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَيَوْمَ يُرْجَعُونَ إِلَيْهِ فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُوا ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ [64]
(64) ንቁ! በሰማያትና በምድር ያለው ሁሉ የአላህ ብቻ ነው፡፡ እናንተ በእርሱ ላይ ያላችሁበትን ኹኔታ በእርግጥ ያውቃል፡፡ ወደእርሱ የሚመለሱበትን ቀንም (ያውቃል)፡፡ የሠሩትንም ሁሉ ይነግራቸዋል፡፡ አላህም ነገሩን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው፡፡
(64) Surely to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and earth. He knows all what you do. On the Day they return to Him, He will inform them of what they did. And Allah is All-Knowing of everything.
