29 – Al-Ankaboot
| (1) አ.ለ.መ (አሊፍ ላም ሚም) | (1) Alif Lām Mīm. |
| (2) ሰዎቹ አምነናል በማለታቸው ብቻ እነሱ ሳይፈተኑ የሚተው መኾናቸውን ጠረጠሩን | (2) Do people think once they say, “We believe,” that they will be left without being put to the test? |
| (3) እነዚያንም ከእነሱ በፊት የነበሩትን በእርግጥ ፈትነናል፡፡ እነዚያንም እውነት የተናገሩትን አላህ በእርግጥ ያውቃል፡፡ ውሸታሞቹንም ያውቃል፡፡ | (3) We certainly tested those who came before them. For Allah will surely make known those who are truthful and those who are liars. |
| (4) ይልቁንም እነዚያ መጥፎዎችን ሥራዎች የሚሠሩት ሊያመልጡን ይጠረጥራሉን ያ የሚፈርዱት (ፍርድ) ከፋ፡፡ | (4) Do the evildoers think that they can escape Us? How evil is their judgment! |
| (5) የአላህን መገናኘት ተስፋ የሚያደርግ ሰው (ይዘጋጅ)፡፡ የአላህ ቀጠሮ በእርግጥ መጪ ነውና፡፡ እርሱም ሰሚው ዐዋቂው ነው፡፡ | (5) Whoever hopes to meet Allah, the time appointed by Allah is sure to come, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. |
| (6) የታገለ ሰውም የሚታገለው ለነፍሱ ነው፡፡ አላህ ከዓለማት በእርግጥ ተብቃቂ ነውና፡፡ | (6) Whoever strives, he only strives for his own good. Indeed, Allah is in no need of the worlds. |
| (7) እነዚያም ያመኑ፤ መልካሞችንም የሠሩ መጥፎዎቹን ሥራዎቻቸውን ከእነሱ ላይ እናብስላቸዋለን፡፡ በዚያም ይሠሩት በነበሩት መልካም ሥራ በእርግጥ እንመነዳቸዋለን፡፡ | (7) As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, We will surely expiate their sins, and reward them according to the best of what they used to do. |
| (8) ሰውንም በወላጆቹ መልካም አድራጎትን አዘዝነው፡፡ ላንተም በእርሱ ዕውቀት የሌለህን (ጣዖት) በእኔ እንድታጋራ ቢታገሉህ አትታዘዛቸው፡፡ መመለሻችሁ ወደኔ ነው፡፡ ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትንም ሁሉ እነግራችኋለሁ፡፡ | (8) We have enjoined upon man kindness to his parents. But if they strive to make you associate with Me what you have no knowledge of, then do not obey them. To Me is your return; then I will inform you of what you used to do. |
| (9) እነዚያንም ያመኑ፤ መልካም ሥራዎችንም የሠሩ በደጋጎቹ ውስጥ በእርግጥ እናገባቸዋለን፡፡ | (9) Those who believe and do righteous deeds, We will surely admit them among the righteous. |
| (10) ከሰዎችም በአላህ አመንን የሚል ሰው አልለ፡፡ በአላህም (በማመኑ) በተሰቃየ ጊዜ የሰዎችን ማሰቃየት እንደ አላህ ቅጣት ያደርጋል፡፡ ከጌታህም እርዳታ ቢመጣ እኛ በእርግጥ ከእናንተ ጋር ነበርን ይላሉ፡፡ አላህ በዓለማት ሕዝብ ልቦች ውስጥ ያለውን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ አይደለምን | (10) There are some among people who say, “We believe in Allah”, but when they suffer for the sake of Allah, they deem the persecution of men as equal to the punishment of Allah. But when victory comes from your Lord, they will surely say, “We were with you.” Does Allah not know best what is in the hearts of all people? |
| (11) አላህም እነዚያን ያመኑትን በእርግጥ ያውቃል፡፡ መናፍቆቹንም ያውቃል፡፡ | (11) Allah will certainly make known those who truly believe and those who are hypocrites. |
| (12) እነዚያም የካዱት ሰዎች ለእነዚያ ላመኑት «መንገዳችንን ተከተሉ፤ ኀጢአቶቻችሁንም እንሸከማለን» አሉ፡፡ እነርሱም ከኀጢአቶቻቸው ምንንም ተሸካሚዎች አይደሉም፡፡ እነርሱ በእርግጥ ውሸታሞች ናቸው፡፡ | (12) Those who disbelieve say to those who believe, “Follow our way, and we will bear the burden of your sins.” But they will never bear any of their sins. They are indeed liars. |
| (13) ሸክሞቻቸውንና ከሸክሞቻቸው ጋር (ሌሎች) ሸክሞችንም በእርግጥ ይሸከማሉ፡፡ በትንሣኤም ቀን ይቀጥፉት ከነበሩት በእርግጥ ይጠየቃሉ፡፡ | (13) They will certainly bear their own burdens, as well as other burdens along with their own burdens, and on the Day of Resurrection they will certainly be questioned concerning what they used to fabricate. |
| (14) ኑሕንም ወደ ሕዝቦቹ በእርግጥ ላክነው፡፡ በውስጣቸውም ሺህ ዓመትን አምሳ ዓመት ሲቀር ተቀመጠ፡፡ እነርሱ በዳዮች ኾነውም የውሃው ማጥለቅለቅ ያዛቸው፡፡ | (14) We sent Noah to his people, and he lived among them for a thousand years, less fifty. Then the Flood overtook them, while they persisted in wrongdoing. |
| (15) ኑሕንና የመርከቢቱንም ጓዶች አዳናቸው፡፡ እርሷንም ለዓለማት ተዓምር አደረግናት፡፡ | (15) But We saved him and those who were in the Ark, and We made it a sign for all people. |
| (16) ኢብራሂምንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ (አስታውስ)፡፡ «አላህን ተገዙ ፍሩትም፡፡ ይህ የምታውቁ ብትሆኑ ለእናንተ በላጭ ነው፡፡ | (16) And [remember] Abraham, when he said to his people, “Worship Allah and fear Him; that is better for you, if only you knew. |
| (17) «ከአላህ ሌላ የምትገዝዙት ጣዖታትን ብቻ ነው፡፡ ውሸትንም ትቀጣጥፋላችሁ፡፡ እነዚያ ከአላህ ሌላ የምትግገዙዋቸው ለእናንተ ሲሳይን ሊሰጧችሁ አይችሉም፡፡ ስለዚህ ሲሳይን ከአላህ ዘንድ ብቻ ፈልጉ፡፡ ተገዙትም፡፡ ለእርሱም አመሰግኑ፡፡ ወደእርሱ ትመለሳላችሁ፡፡ | (17) You worship nothing besides Allah but idols and fabricate lies. Those whom you worship besides Allah have no power to give you provision. So seek provision from Allah, worship Him, and be grateful to Him. To Him you will all be returned. |
| (18) «ብታስተባብሉም ከፊታችሁ የነበሩት ሕዝቦች በእርግጥ አስተባብለዋል፡፡ በመልክተኛውም ላይ ግልጽ ማድረስ እንጂ ሌላ የለበትም፡፡» | (18) If you reject [the message], so did many nations reject before you. The duty of the Messenger is only to deliver the message clearly.” |
| (19) አላህ መፍጠርን እንዴት እንደሚጀመር ከዚያም እንዴት እንደሚመልሰው አይመለከቱምን ይህ በአላህ ላይ ቀላል ነው፡፡ | (19) Do they not see how Allah originates the creation then resurrects it? That is certainly easy for Allah. |
| (20) «፡–በምድር ላይ ኺዱ፤ መፍጠርንም እንዴት እንደ ጀመረ ተመልከቱ፡፡ ከዚያም፤ አላህ የመጨረሻይቱን መነሳት ያስነሳል፡፡ አላህ በነገሩ ሁሉ ላይ ቻይ ነውና» በላቸው፡፡ | (20) Say, “Travel through the land and see how He originated the creation, then Allah will repeat it a second time. Indeed, Allah is Most Capable of all things.” |
| (21) የሚሻውን ሰው ይቀጣል፡፡ የሚሻውንም ሰው ያዝንለታል፡፡ ወደእርሱም ትመለሳላችሁ፡፡ | (21) He punishes whom He wills and shows mercy to whom He wills, and to Him you will all be returned. |
| (22) እናንተም በምድርም ኾነ በሰማይ የምታቅቱ አይደላችሁም፡፡ ከአላህም ሌላ ረዳትም ተከላካይም ምንም የላችሁም፡፡ | (22) You cannot escape [His punishment] on earth or in the heaven, and you have no protector or helper besides Allah.” |
| (23) እነዚያም በአላህ አንቀጾችና በመገናኘቱ የካዱ እነዚያ ከእዝነቴ ተስፋን ቆረጡ፡፡ እነዚያም ለእነሱ አሳማሚ ቅጣት አላቸው፡፡ | (23) Those who disbelieve in Allah’s signs and the meeting with Him, it is they who will have no hope in My mercy, and for them there will be a painful punishment. |
| (24) የሕዝቦቹም መልስ፡- «ግደሉት፤ ወይም አቃጥሉት» ማለት እንጂ ሌላ አልነበረም፡፡ ከእሳቲቱም አላህ አዳነው፡፡ በዚህ ውስጥ ለሚያምኑ ሕዝቦች ተዓምራቶች አሉበት፡፡ | (24) His people’s only response was to say, “Kill him or burn him!” But Allah saved him from the fire. Indeed, there are signs in this for people who believe. |
| (25) (ኢብራሂም) አለም «ከአላህ ሌላ ጣዖታትን (አማልክት) የያዛችሁት በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት በመካከላችሁ ለመዋደድ ብቻ ነው፡፡ ከዚያም በትንሣኤ ቀን ከፊላቸሁ በከፊሉ ይክዳል፡፡ ከፊላችሁም ከፊሉን ይረግማል፡፡ መኖሪያችሁም እሳት ናት፡፡ ለእናንተም ከረዳቶች ምንም የላችሁም፡፡» | (25) He said, “You have taken idols other than Allah as a means of love among yourselves in the life of this world, but on the Day of Resurrection you will disown and curse one another. Your abode will be the Fire, and you will have no helpers.” |
| (26) ሉጥም ለእርሱ አመነ፤ (ኢብራሂም) «እኔ ወደ ጌታዬ ተሰዳጅ ነኝ፡፡ እነሆ እርሱ አሸናፊው ጥበበኛው ነውና» አለም፡፡ | (26) Lot believed in him, and Abraham said, “I am emigrating to my Lord. He is indeed the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.” |
| (27) ለእርሱም ኢስሐቅንና ያዕቆብን ሰጠነው፡፡ በዘሩም ውስጥ ነብይነትንና መጽሐፍን አደረግን፡፡ ምንዳውንም በቅርቢቱ ዓለም ሰጠነው፡፡ እርሱም በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም ከደጋጎቹ ነው፡፡ | (27) We gave him Isaac and Jacob, and assigned prophethood and scripture to his offspring, and gave him his reward in this life, and in the Hereafter he will surely be among the righteous. |
| (28) ሉጥንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ (አስታውስ) «እናንተ ጠያፍን ስራ ትሠራላችሁን በእርሷ ከዓለማት አንድም አልቀደማችሁም፡፡ | (28) And [remember] Lot, when he said to his people, “You surely commit a shameful act that no one in the world has ever done before you. |
| (29) «እናንተ በእርግጥ ወንዶችን ትመጣላችሁን መንገድንም ትቆርጣላችሁን በሸንጓችሁም የሚነወርን ነገር ትሠራላችሁን» (አላቸው)፡፡ የሕዝቦቹም መልስ «ከእውነተኞቹ እንደ ሆንክ የአላህን ቅጣት አምጣብን» ማለት እንጂ ሌላ አልነበረም፡፡ | (29) Do you approach men with lust, engage in highway robbery, and practice immoral acts in your gatherings?” But the only response his people gave was to say, “Bring us Allah’s punishment, if you are truthful.” |
| (30) «ጌታዬ ሆይ! በአመጸኞች ሕዝቦች ላይ እርዳኝ» አለ፡፡ | (30) He said, “My Lord, help me against people who spread corruption.” |
| (31) መልክተኞቻችንም ኢብራሂምን በብስራት በመጡት ጊዜ «እኛ የዚህችን ከተማ ሰዎች አጥፊዎች ነን፡፡ ሰዎቿ በዳዮች ነበሩና» አሉት፡፡ | (31) When Our angel-messengers came to Abraham with glad tidings, they said, “We are going to destroy the people of this town, for its people have been persisting in wickedness.” |
| (32) «በእርሷ ውስጥ ሉጥ አለ እኮ» አላቸው፡፡ «እኛ በውስጧ ያለውን ይበልጥ ዐዋቂ ነን፡፡ (እርሱን) በእርግጥ እናድነዋለን፡፡ ቤተሰቦቹንም ጭምር፡፡ ሚስቱ ብቻ ስትቀር፡፡ እርሷ በጥፋቱ ውስጥ ከሚቀሩት ናት» አሉት፡፡ | (32) He said, “But Lot is there!” They said, “We know well who is there. We will surely save him and his family, except his wife; she is one of those who will remain behind.” |
| (33) መልክተኞቻችንም ሉጥን በመጡት ጊዜ በእነሱ ምክንያት አዘነ፡፡ በእነርሱም ልቡ ተጨነቀ፡፡ «አትፍራ፤ አትዘንም፡፡ እኛ አዳኞችህ ነን፡፡ ቤተሰቦችህንም፤ ሚስትህ ብቻ ስትቀር፡፡ እርሷ በጥፋቱ ውስጥ ከቀሪዎቹ ናት» አሉትም፡፡ | (33) When Our angel-messengers came to Lot, he was distressed by their coming and felt troubled on their account, but they said, “Do not fear nor grieve; we will surely save you and your family, except your wife; she is one of those who will remain behind.” |
| (34) «እኛ በዚህች ከተማ ሰዎች ላይ ያምጹ በነበሩት ምክንያት ከሰማይ ቅጣትን አውራጆች ነን፡፡» | (34) We will surely send down on the people of this town a scourge from the heaven because of their evildoing.” |
| (35) በእርግጥም ለሚያስቡ ሰዎች ከእርሷ ግልጽ ምልክትን ተውን (አስቀረን)፡፡ | (35) We surely left some of its ruins as a clear sign for people of understanding. |
| (36) ወደ መድየንም ወንድማቸውን ሹዐይብን (ላክን)፡፡ «ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ! አላህን ተገዙ፣ የመጨረሻውንም ቀን ፍሩ፣ በምድርም ውስጥ የምታጠፉ ሆናችሁ አታበላሹ አላቸውም፡፡ | (36) To the people of Midian we sent their brother Shu‘ayb. He said, “O my people, worship Allah and expect the Last Day, and do not go about spreading corruption in the land.” |
| (37) አስተባባሉትም፡፡ የምድር መንቀጥቀጥ ያዘቻቸው፡፡ በሃገራቸውም ውስጥ ተንከፍርረው አነጉ፡፡ | (37) But they rejected him, so an earthquake seized them and they fell lifeless in their homes. |
| (38) ዓድንና ሰሙድንም (አጠፋን)፡፡ ከመኖሪያዎቻቸውም (ፍርስራሾች በኩል መጥፋታቸው) ለእናንተ በእውነት ተገለጠላችሁ፡፡ ሰይጣንም ሥራዎቻቸውን ለእነርሱ ሸለመላቸው፡፡ ከመንገድም አገዳቸው፡፡ የማስተዋልም ባለቤቶች ነበሩ፤ (ግን አላስተዋሉም)፡፡ | (38) And [We destroyed] ‘Ād and Thamūd, which is clear to you from their ruined dwellings. Satan made their deeds appealing to them and averted them from the right way, although they were a people of perception. |
| (39) ቃሩንንም ፈርዖንንም ሃማንንም (አጠፋን)፡፡ ሙሳም በተዓምራቶች በእርግጥ መጣባቸው፡፡ በምድርም ላይ ኮሩ፡፡ አምላጪዎችም አልነበሩም፡፡ | (39) And [We also destroyed] Korah, Pharaoh and Hāmān. Moses came to them with clear signs, but they showed arrogance in the land, yet they could not escape [Us]. |
| (40) ሁሉንም በኅጢኣቱ ያዝነው፡፡ ከእነሱም ውስጥ ጠጠርን ያዘለ ነፋስን የላክንበት አልለ፡፡ ከእነሱም ውስጥ ጩኸት የያዘችው አልለ፡፡ ከእነርሱም ውስጥ በእርሱ ምድርን የደረባንበት አልለ፡፡ ከእነሱም ውስጥ ያሰጠምንው አልለ፡፡ አላህም የሚበድላቸው አልነበረም፡፡ ግን ነፍሶቻቸውን የሚበድሉ ነበሩ፡፡ | (40) Each of them We seized for their sin: against some of them We sent a storm of stones; some were seized by a blast; some We caused the earth to swallow; and some We drowned. It was not Allah Who wronged them, but it was they who wronged themselves. |
| (41) የእነዚያ ከአላህ ሌላ ረዳቶችን (ጣዖታትን) የያዙ ሰዎች ምሳሌ ቤትን እንደ ሠራች ሸረሪት ብጤ ነው፡፡ ከቤቶችም ሁሉ በጣም ደካማው የሸረሪት ቤት ነው፡፡ ቢያውቁ ኖሮ (አማልክት አድርገው አይግገዟቸውም ነበር)፡፡ | (41) The likeness of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of a spider spinning a house. Indeed, the flimsiest of houses is the house of a spider, if only they knew. |
| (42) አላህ ያንን ከእርሱ ሌላ የሚግገዙትን ማንኛውንም ያውቃል፡፡ እርሱም አሸናፊው ጥበበኛው ነው፡፡ | (42) Allah knows whatever they call upon besides Him. He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. |
| (43) እነዚህንም ምሳሌዎች ለሰዎች እንገልጻቸዋለን፡፡ ከሊቃውንቶቹም በስተቀር ሌሎቹ አያውቋትም፡፡ | (43) Such are the comparisons We set forth for people, but none will understand them except the people of knowledge. |
| (44) «አላህ ሰማያትንና ምድርን እውነተኛ ሆኖ ፈጠረ፡፡» በዚህ ውስጥ ለምእምናን ተዓምር አለበት፡፡ | (44) Allah created the heavens and earth for a true purpose. Indeed, there is a sign in this for the believers. |
| (45) ከመጽሐፍ ወደ አንተ የተወረደውን አንብብ፡፡ ሶላትንም ደንቡን ጠብቀህ ስገድ፡፡ ሶላት ከመጥፎና ከሚጠላ ነገር ሁሉ ትከለክላለችና፡፡ አላህንም ማውሳት ከሁሉ ነገር በላጭ ነው፤ አላህም የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ያውቃል፡፡ | (45) Recite [O Prophet] what is revealed to you of the Book, and establish prayer, for indeed prayer restrains one from immoral acts and wickedness. Indeed, the remembrance of Allah is of greater merit. And Allah knows all what you do. |
| (46) የመጽሐፉን ባለቤቶችም በዚያች እርሷ መልካም በኾነችው ክርክር እንጂ አትከራከሩ፡፡ ከእነርሱ እነዚያን የበደሉትን ሲቀር፡፡ በሉም «በዚያ ወደኛ በተወረደው ወደናንተም በተወረደው አመንን፡፡ አምላካችንም አምላካችሁም አንድ ነው፡፡ እኛም ለእርሱ ታዛዦች ነን፡፡» | (46) Do not argue with the People of the Book except in the best manner, unless with those of them who transgress [against you]. And say, “We believe in what is sent down to us and what was sent down to you, and our God and your God is One, and to Him we submit.” |
| (47) እንደዚሁም ወዳንተ መጽሐፍን አወረድን፡፡ እነዚያም መጽሐፍን የሰጠናቸው፤ በእርሱ ያምናሉ፡፡ ከእነዚህም (ከመካ ሰዎች) በእርሱ የሚያምኑ አልሉ፡፡ በተዓምራቶቻችንም ከሓዲዎቹ እንጂ ማንም አይክድም፡፡ | (47) Thus We have sent down to you the Book. Those to whom We gave the Scripture believe in it, and from these [pagans] there are some who believe in it, and none rejects Our verses except the disbelievers. |
| (48) ከእርሱ በፊትም መጽሐፍን የምታነብ በቀኝህም የምትጽፈው አልነበርክም፡፡ ያን ጊዜ አጥፊዎቹ በእርግጥ በተጠራጠሩ ነበር፡፡ | (48) You [O Prophet] never recited any book before this, nor did you write with your hand. Otherwise, the people of falsehood would have raised suspicions. |
| (49) አይደለም እርሱ (ቁርኣን) በእነዚያ ዕውቀትን በተሰጡት ሰዎች ልቦች ውስጥ (የጠለቀ) ግልጾች አንቀጾች ነው፡፡ በአንቀጾቻችንም በዳዮቹ እንጂ ሌላው አይክድም፡፡ | (49) Rather, this [Qur’an] is clear verses [preserved] in the hearts of those who have been given knowledge. And none rejects Our verses except the wrongdoers. |
| (50) «በእርሱ ላይም ከጌታህ ዘንድ ተዓምራቶች ለምን አልተወረዱም» አሉ፡፡ «ተዓምራቶች አላህ ዘንድ ብቻ ናቸው፡፡ እኔም ግልጽ አስፈራሪ ብቻ ነኝ» በላቸው፡፡ | (50) They say, “Why is it that no signs have been sent down to him from his Lord?” Say, “The signs are only with Allah, and I am only a clear warner.” |
| (51) እኛ መጽሐፉን በእነሱ ላይ የሚነበብ ኾኖ ባንተ ላይ ማውረዳችን አይበቃቸውምን በዚህ ውስጥ ለሚያምኑ ሕዝቦች ችሮታና ግሳጼ አለበት፡፡ | (51) Is it not enough for them that We have sent down to you the Book which is being recited to them? Indeed, there is a mercy and reminder in it for people who believe. |
| (52) «በእኔና በእናንተ መካከል መስካሪ በአላህ በቃ፡፡ በሰማያትና በምድርም ያለውን ሁሉ ያውቃል» በላቸው፡፡ እነዚያም በብላሽ ነገር ያመኑ በአላህም የካዱ እነዚያ እነሱ ከሳሪዎች ናቸው፡፡ | (52) Say, “Allah is Sufficient as a Witness between me and you. He knows all that is in the heavens and earth. Those who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in Allah, it is they who are the losers.” |
| (53) በቅጣትም ያስቸኩሉሃል፡፡ የተወሰነም ጊዜ ባልነበረ ኖሮ ቅጣቱ በመጣባቸው ነበር፡፡ እነርሱ የማያውቁ ሲኾኑም በድንገት በእርግጥ ይመጣባቸዋል፡፡ | (53) They ask you [O Prophet] to hasten the punishment. If it had not been for a time already set, the punishment would have come to them. But it will surely come to them by surprise when they least expect it. |
| (54) በቅጣት ያስቸኩሉሃል፡፡ ገሀነምም ከሓዲዎችን በእርግጥ ከባቢ ናት፡፡ | (54) They ask you to hasten the punishment, but Hell will surely encompass the disbelievers |
| (55) ቅጣቱ ከበላያቸው፣ ከእግሮቻቸውም ሥር በሚሸፍናቸው ቀን ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትን ቅመሱ በሚላቸውም (ቀን ትከባቸዋለች)፡፡ | (55) on the Day when the punishment will overwhelm them from above and from below their feet, and He will say, “Taste [the punishment] for what you used to do!” |
| (56) እናንተ ያመናችሁ ባሮቼ ሆይ! ምድሬ በእርግጥ ሰፊ ናት፤ (ብትቸገሩ ተሰደዱ)፡፡ እኔንም ብቻ ተገዙኝ፡፡ | (56) O My believing slaves, My earth is spacious, so worship Me alone. |
| (57) ነፍስ ሁሉ ሞትን ቀማሽ ናት፡፡ ከዚያም ወደኛ ትመለሳላችሁ፡፡ | (57) Every soul will taste death, then to Us you will all be returned. |
| (58) እነዚያም ያመኑና መልካም ሥራዎችን የሠሩ ከገነት በሥሮቻቸው ወንዞች የሚፈሱባቸውን ሰገነቶች በውስጣቸው ዘውታሪዎች ሲኾኑ በእርግጥ እናሰፍራቸዋለን፡፡ የሠራተኞች ምንዳ ምንኛ አማረ! | (58) As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, We will surely accommodate them in mansions of Paradise under which rivers flow, abiding therein forever. How excellent is the reward of those who work [righteousness]! – |
| (59) (እነሱ) እነዚያ የታገሱ በጌታቸውም ላይ የሚመኩ ናቸው፡፡ | (59) those who endure patiently and put their trust in their Lord. |
| (60) ከተንቀሳቃሽም ምግቧን ለመሸከም የማትችለው ብዙ ናት፡፡ አላህ ይመግባታል፡፡ እናንተንም (ይመግባል)፡፡ እርሱ ሰሚው ዐዋቂው ነውና፡፡ | (60) How many creatures there are that cannot carry their provisions! It is Allah Who provides for them and for you, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. |
| (61) ሰማያትንና ምድርን የፈጠረ ፀሐይንና ጨረቃንም የገራ ማን እንደኾነ ብትጠይቃቸው «በእርግጥ አላህ ነው» ይሉሃል፡፡ ታድያ እንዴት ይመለሳሉ፡፡ | (61) If you ask them who created the heavens and earth and subjected the sun and moon, they will surely say, “Allah.” How are they then deluded? |
| (62) አላህ ከባሮቹ ለሚሻው ሲሳይን ያሰፋል፡፡ ለእርሱም ያጠብባል፡፡ አላህ በነገሩ ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነውና፡፡ | (62) Allah extends provision to whom He wills of His slaves or restricts it. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of everything. |
| (63) ከሰማይም ውሃን ያወረደና በእርሱም ምድርን ከሞተች በኋላ ሕያው ያደረጋት ማን እንደኾነ ብትጠይቃቸው «አላህ ነው» ይሉሃል፡፡ «ምስጋና ለአላህ ነው» በላቸው፡፡ ግን አብዛኞቻቸው አያውቁም፡፡ | (63) If you ask them who sends down rain from the sky, then revives therewith the land after its death, they will surely say, “Allah”. Say, “All praise is for Allah,” but most of them do not understand. |
| (64) ይህችም የቅርቢቱ ሕይወት መታለያና ጨዋታ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለችም፡፡ የመጨረሻይቱም አገር እርሷ በእርግጥ የዘላለም ሕይወት አገር ናት፡፡ የሚያውቁ ቢኾኑ ኖሮ፤ (ጠፊይቱን ሕይወት አይመርጡም ነበር)፡፡ | (64) The life of this world is nothing but amusement and play, and the Abode of the Hereafter is indeed the real life, if only they knew. |
| (65) በመርከቦች ውስጥ በተሳፈሩ ጊዜም አላህን መገዛትን ለእርሱ ብቻ ያጠሩ ኾነው ይጠሩታል፡፡ ወደ የብስ (በማውጣት) ባዳናቸው ጊዜም ወዲያውኑ እነርሱ (ጣዖትን) ያጋራሉ፡፡ | (65) When they board a ship, they supplicate Allah, devoting their faith sincerely to Him. But as soon as He rescues them to the land, they associate partners with Him, |
| (66) በሰጠናቸው ጸጋ ሊክዱና ሊጠቃቀሙ (ያጋራሉ)፡፡ ወደፊትም (የሚጠብቃቸውን) ያውቃሉ፡፡ | (66) showing their ingratitude to what We have given them and enjoy themselves, but they will soon come to know. |
| (67) ሰዎቹ ከዙሪያቸው ሲነጠቁ እኛ (አገራቸውን ) ጸጥተኛ ክልል ማድረጋችንን አያዩምን በውድቅ ነገር ያምናሉን በአላህም ጸጋ ይክዳሉን | (67) Do they not see that We have made [Makkah] a safe sanctuary, while people around them are being snatched away? Do they still believe in falsehood and show ingratitude to Allah’s favors? |
| (68) በአላህ ላይም ውሸትን ከቀጣጠፈ ሰው ወይም እውነቱ በመጣለት ጊዜ ከአስዋሸ ይበልጥ በዳይ ማነው በገሀነም ውስጥ ለከሓዲዎች መኖሪያ የለምን | (68) Who does greater wrong than one who fabricates lies against Allah or rejects the truth when it comes to him? Is there not a home in Hell for the disbelievers? |
| (69) እነዚያም በእኛ መንገድ የታገሉ መንገዳችንን በእርግጥ እንመራቸዋለን፡፡ አላህም በእርግጥ ከበጎ ሠሪዎች ጋር ነው፡፡ | (69) As for those who strive in Our cause, We will surely guide them to Our ways, for Allah is certainly with those who do good. |
